Made an online order, for 3 meals double pattys o rings, cheese sticks and 3x nuggets and what they gave me was 1x plain n dry whopper single, 1x whooper Jr with loads of onion n lettuce and 1x sandwich missing the rest was correct. Called up to explain the issue and was told I was a liar bc the one whom answered, older Hispanic woman, said "I made that order and it wasn't wrong bc I am the manager hold on" then they put the phone down and ignored me for 20mins before I hung up. I drove back to the restaurant and asked for my order to be remade but questioned myself they would mess with my food and I asked for a refund and was told "we don't give refunds" I will be contacting my bank on this issue to get money back. I tried calling but the phone number google provided didn’t work? I just wanted to say I just came by (Aug. 5th, 2023 around 7:30pm) and got a large drink. That’s it. Large Dr. Pepper, no ice. I make it home and finally go to put a straw in my drink and it’s only half filled? I placed an online order 20 minutes before I arrived. My entire order was made wrong. Large fries completely missing, onion rings tasted 3 hours old. My entire order was made wrong. I asked for light mustard because 99% of burger King employees don't learn from training, 3 rings of ketchup, 1 1/2 of mustard.
