Panda Express — Restaurant in Texas

Went for my lunch break, when i was ordering in the drive through the girl kept cutting me off every time i spoke. When i got to the window she gave me my drink and asked for my money, no smile no greeting. But whatever not a big deal she hates her job, not my problem i can get over that. I get my food and drive back to work. As i begin to eat my food (mind u i work 20 min away from panda just happened to be in that area at the time, i go back in in 20 min so i have no time to drive back and i cannot use my phone at work) i open my food, my noodles tasted burnt, ew. My shanghai steak and orange chicken tasted like its been out for a good minute, my spring rolls were mushy, and lastly my dr pepper was flat. I try calling the number online and on the reciept and it rang and rang. I called 5 times no one answered.

I will NEVER eat at this panda express again. Horrible service, horrible food.

Update- i went back the same day after work as the manager said to do so he could refund my money, when i get there a different manager is there and she tells me “i dont know why he told you that we cant refund money we can only remake the meal. This isnt walmart you can just return stuff” then proceeded to argue with me, and said since the cashier that took my order left her register is closed and theres nothing they can do. (Which is bs ive worked in fast food before) She then offered to called corporate. After her 10 min call w corperate she said “they said they could refund your money but i have to fill out paper work and get your last four digits of ur card and ur reciept and itll take 1-2 days for it to be back in your account.” She kept asking for the reciept so i took a picture to prove that i actually did have it because it didnt make any sense for her to take my only proof.

Its been almost 2 weeks later and i still havent recieved my money back. Worst...

They take care of the window prior to the long line inside. I went inside to order bc my daughter had to use the restroom. The restrooms were disgusting & propped open with broken sticks. There was only toilet paper in 1 stall & the towel machine was broken.

We waited to order while 3-4 cars went through. All the workers left the lineto help drive through. A man Juan started to help but then got pulled away. We finally purchased our food that was to go but the fountain drinks were not working. There was a huge puddke of soda on the floor & no wet sign. The cashier asked a lady to help while he rang up guests but she rolled her eyes at him & never helped. After the cashier helped several customers I asked if he could use the drive through fountain & he did. We were finally on our way. Unfortunately the Chicken tasted like burnt plastic & mostly fatty meat. The mushrooms & cucumbers were fine but the rice was hard & not fully cooked. The flavor was bland. We were too far to go back & the restaurant seemed unsupervised so no point in calling. Definitely not returning. This is our 5th retry there. We give chances but it is evident that this location is not a good one. I gave 1 star for the cashier who seemed to be the only one that cared about...

I visited here a couple of weeks again and wanted to give the company a chance again after a very horrible experience 3 years ago. I was greeted by multiple employees when. I entered including the new general manager Dane. He was very professional and a great personality. After chatting for a minute or so and him making a solid recommendation on the food I proceeded to get the fired rice plate with the firecracker shrimp and the orange chicken. Both were absolutely hot fresh and phenomenal. I also tried the new apple pie egg rolls (per Danes recommendation) which was out of this world. Hot and fresh like homemade apple pie. I paid for my meal and sat down and ate. The music was really good there and even though it was pretty busy I still had the GM ask me how everything was and making sure that I was taken care of. I have to admit I was skeptical trying this place again but due to the friendliness of the staff, professionalism of the management and quality of the food, I will definitely be back for more as I have found one of my favorite Pandas to eat at.
