Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Texas

I normally wouldn’t give negative feedback, however I’ve been to this location several times at least 20. Ordered my food to go, gentleman at the counter was friendly as always. I sat in the bench seat right in front of the register and waited for my food. I patiently waited and looked around too see people that came in after me getting their food. I see the guy who ordered in front of me already asking for to go containers. I stand up after waiting 15 minutes and ask the manager- I suppose wearing a red shirt ask me what I needed. I said I’m waiting on my to go order, told her my name. She said yeah it’s sitting right here, I saw her set it there right in front of my face and ignore me. Then say I’m sorry I thought that was an online order. I’ve been in restaurant management- admit when you’re wrong and make it right, don’t lie, be more aware as a manager. You saw me sitting there for 15 minutes waiting, then to say you thought it was an online order. I don’t mind waiting patiently, but 15 minutes for one entree and to see the gentleman in front of me finish his food and ask for to go...

To say that it was delicious, is an understatement! This is my first time visiting Chicken Salad Chick. I didn't know what to order, and I was never a big fan nor have I ever tried chicken salad before. So I opted on trying out the turkey sandwich. It was delicious, moist and flavorful. I got the potato soup as a side and that was delicious and creamy. But I said to myself, since I'm at a chicken salad place let me go ahead and just try it. I asked the employee there with her favorite was and she told me one of her favs was the Buffalo Barclay. I love buffalo, so I opted for that. I couldn't wait till I got home, so as soon as I got in the car I decided to take a bite of the chicken salad... I was beyond upset with myself because I never knew Chicken salad was so good!! The Buffalo Barclay, had just the right amount of spice it was so moist and flavorful. It was SO delicious. I'm definitely going to be a return customer. I really appreciate that you can get the Scoops by themselves to avoid the carbs ( for me personally) and have it with vegetables are on a salad. Very healthy filling and...

I've never visited the location but I've ordered this from Uber Eats soooo many times. I've tried a few flavors but my favorite is Olivia Old South...my favorite side is the grape salad. However, the last 3 orders (past month) I've gotten (in the evening after 7pmish) has had some kind of problem...1st two - the chicken salad flavor was wrong and tonight they got the chicken salad right but the grape salad had Gobs of brown sugar (always a sprinkle but tonight it was at least 2-3 teaspoons) and the croissant was rock hard and stale...I didn't really enjoy anything about my meal tonight and ended up throwing it in the trash and eating some ramen.... The closing staff needs better management....UE gave me $5 back tonight and it's not about money...I just hate when I really LOVEEEE a place when it's small and when they expand the quality suffers....Do Better CSC and get that evening Louetta staff together.
