Not going back...I made a purchase a few days ago and I told the girl helping me I wasnât sure if I wanted to make the purchase. The girl pushed for the sale...as she should because thatâs her job. She told me if I didnât like them when I got home I could return them. Which we all hear that at pretty much every store. No big deal, right? Wrong. I went back today to return them. I was only given the option to get store credit or get something else instead. The lady at the counter said that I shouldâve read the receipt. She right, I shouldâve read that receipt. They make you initial the receipt. The told me by initialing, I had agreed. I felt cheated because I didnât think I need to take the receipt and read everything as if Iâm signing a contract. I believed the girl when I made the purchase. All she said was that I had 7 days to return. Perhaps they need to re-train employees to make sure they say that you only get store credit/exchange instead of saying return. Again, I felt cheated or lied to...and for that reason I will not shop there again. If youâre planning on shopping there (they do have cute things), know that when you make that purchase, you WILL NOT get that money back ever again if you change your mind about the purchase. I chose to keep the item purchased because I didnât have time to shop for anything nor did I want to and I donât like to get store credits because I will for sure loose the credit. That would equal no item to show for my money and no store credit because Iâve...
Read moreI guess you have to be dressed like you can afford to shop here. Note to the employees, never judge a book by it's cover. I stopped by with my husband after a workout and lunch date. I needed a few new dresses for our 3 week vacay coming up in a week and I saw a cute dress in the window. We enter the store and two people look over but do not greet us. Ok, maybe they were busy. I look at a few dresses and run into one of the sales associates who yet again ignores me. My husband even announces which dress I should try on to see if she will even attempt a tiny bit of customer service. Nope, not even a, "would you like a dressing room". Another woman walks in and is immediately greeted and asked if she needs help. My husband, who despises bad customer service announced "I'll wait outside". I followed because I'm not giving any of my money to a store that profiles. Could it be I was not dressed like I could afford to shop there or maybe I was too tan. But the lady that walked in after me sure did get helped immediately. Do better and don't judge someone by the color of their skin or how they are dressed. I hope they don't work on commission because if they do,...
Read morePrior to this incident, I was a loyal customer of Anything Bling. Safe to say that will no longer be an issue. Walking in to a rude employee immediately was no way to greet a customer. After having to walk through the store with two friends and no help from the employees, I managed to scrounge up a dress for Easter and a possible outfit for my job. I arrived at the counter with the two dresses and after talking it through with my friends decided to be logical and only purchase one(it is my money after all). The blonde sales lady was quick to dish out dirty remarks over the loss of her sales commission. Clearly my sale was valued only on the surface level, and i will not be contributing my hard earned money anymore. My savings account will...
