The Solana Vintage Park — Local services in Jersey Village

My mom needed help that my dad and the rest of us were unable to give. Everyone at The Solana Vintage Park gave we children the assurance we needed that we were doing the right thing.

Yes, it was difficult to make the decision; but they were there for all of us. Yes, move-in day was full of questions; but Sylvia (may God bless you, Sylvia!) and everyone else in memory care made it a smoother transition than we could have ever hoped for.

When my mom moved in at the end of January, 2019, she was virtually a "basket case", not sleeping or eating regularly, and without a clue where she "belonged". Her improvement was virtually immediate, and after 4 months, she is clearly in the right place--right for HER, and she knows it and says so.

I just left the quarterly family party that Solana puts on at its own expense and it was a huge success! I congratulate executive director Denise and memory care director Elaine for assembling a staff of genuinely caring workers and creating a wonderful environment. Everything flows from the top, and God bless you both.

We first experienced Solana with my mother-in-law years ago. We selected it after looking at many other places. It's a beautiful place and they took very good care of my mother-in-law. They had many activities to keep the residents active and the families involved. She had some of the happiest years of her life there. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it to her children to see her happy.

Now my mother is there, which I guess is our ultimate stamp of approval. We wouldn't have gone back if we didn't like it. Most importantly, my mother also loves it. She continually praises the food they serve. They currently don't have the same level of activities that they used to prior to COVID, but that doesn't really surprise me.

As a care services agency we have many clients that reside at The Solana Vintage Park – and our interaction with them has been impressive. We work with Clients at various communities and this particular one stands out with their excellent customer service with their residents and overall beautiful property with an abundance of amenities available. If looking for a great place for a loved one that is not only beautiful but close to so many things in the community one would be remis not to look into The Solana Vintage Park.
