Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

Been going to this one for quite some time. This time around though left something to be desired concerning the girl who took our order. I don't know how long she's been employed but she clearly had no clue how to change the drink in a combo to the Freeze. I tried to tell her that it is a simple upcharge of 30 cents but she insisted that the way she did it was correct which would have resulted in me paying 2.29 extra on top of the combo which includes a drink. She finally got the manager involved who in turn hit 2 buttons and fixed her mistake. Seeing that had been in the wrong the whole time changed her attitude toward me and was very rude for the remainder of the transaction. Clearly training and customer service are lost on this girl, Marqueshia, as she failed to acknowledge her mistake and didn't even make the attempt to apologize to me. ill take some blame on this - but i walked in and advised them immediately. I ordered online for drive thru pick up- the line was wrapped around the store when i arrived so i walked in. I advised the cashier of my order and that i choose drive through but am inside now - not hard to comprehend, right. - Wrong the girl was not competent in telling her team of my order, literally 15 minutes of me waiting for an online order at TACO BELL i ask where my order was and the "manager" felt the need to advise me about how it was my fault that i messed up their drive thru orders for 10 minutes as my late taco bell is getting cold( i was flabbergasted) ... LOL he felt so justified in him wasting my time - ill never go back to that taco bell for that reason. How hard is it to walk 7 feet to the left nd grab my order that i told u I was there to get.. smh.....

There was a delay, took about 20 minutes to get my order but the people working were busting their tails to get the food out as fast as possible. Due to the delay the cashier was kind enough to give me a complimentary beverage. The food was really good, the ingredients were well mixed which is very rare for most taco bells. Usually when I take a bite, I get a mouth full or sour cream, or mouth full of sauce but the person who made my food mixed ingredients throughout my burrito. Each bite was an even mixture of cheese, rice, sauce and beef.
