It took 30 minutes to go through the line here. It was one hold up after another, employees not keeping up with what food items that are running low and asking customers to wait 3-5 minutes for each thing they are out of is unacceptable. Not only was I here entirely way too long, they couldn’t roll my burrito and I ended up with a sloppy loose burrito that fell apart instantly when I tried to eat it. A $14 soggy burrito I can’t enjoy is really irritating. Won’t be coming back to this location and would advise everyone not to visit here. Go to another one or somewhere else.
Edit ** came again on 10/27/2021 because it was on my way home, decided to give them a second chance. At 9:30 all drinks except fountain were already packed up. Again, out food items that are required to be on the line ready. Team members here are constantly falling behind and showing absolute lazy characteristics and no customer service. Out of brisket and corn, said they were completely out in the whole store which is a lie they just decided to essentially close early and refused to make more for me. When I asked about a possible discount for delayed time and lack of food she said “um no, no discount because it’s free” I paid $14 for the meal so I’m not sure what was free about it? Read moreI went to this chipotle and I hope I never go again when the crew that was there tonight are there. They were out of chicken and the cook should know to have more chicken prepared. A lot of people walked out because there was no chicken. I waited over 30 minutes for the chicken to be done. When they did finally serve me the Hispanic lady I assume didn’t wanna serve me because she was lying to another customer about minutes it would be before the chicken is cooked. I had already waited like 20 minutes but she was still telling customers 30 minutes. They said some things in Spanish then a Hispanic guy fixed my bowl and didn’t even give full servings of the chicken yet piled a bunch of rice in my bowl. Yet I watch him and the Hispanic lady piling food on other Hispanics plates. Then I obviously asked for chicken on the side and the Hispanic guy pulls out little plastic cups. I asked the cashier to let me get it in had burgundy cup and he said they were the same price. If so then why was I given the little plastic cup. Read moreI placed my order on the Chipotle app for pickup as I regularly do. Ordering the same thing that I do at least two times a week, from this same location. My order was incorrect completely. I ordered a veggie bowl and they provided me a bowl with some type of meat in it. Not only am I vegetarian but I'm allergic to chicken. I picked up this order that was safely sealed by the restaurant upon getting home and opening my food I found out that I was missing my chips and salsa and my veggie bowl had meat in it along with other ingredients missing and customizations not added. I contacted support via pepper who gave me one free entree and one free guac and chips. However, that did not resolve my issue. My issue was that I picked the order up and now the website wanted to charge me to have the correct order delivered. I reached out to an agent and after I advise what I needed, she disconnected. I spoke with another representative and explained my issue, as a result she cancelled my offers and it's and providing me a refund that I won't get back for three to five days.
