My recent experience at this restaurant was truly remarkable, and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Brianna. From the moment we walked in, Brianna made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her warm and radiant smile instantly made us feel at home, and her attentive service throughout our meal was nothing short of outstanding.
Brianna is the epitome of what a 5-star host and server should be. She communicated exceptionally well, ensuring that our drinks were never left empty and that our food was brought to the table with care and consideration. What really set Brianna apart was how thoughtful and considerate she was about how we were feeling that day. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and enjoying our time there. Itâs rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and it was clear that Brianna is one of those rare gems.
Iâve visited this location several times before, and to be honest, Iâve had some pretty disappointing experiences with other serversâsome were even outright rude. However, Brianna is the shining light in this establishment. The moment she greets you, the entire mood shifts to something positive and welcoming. Her presence and service have the power to turn an average dining experience into something special. Brianna is without a doubt an A+ employee, and I sincerely believe she deserves more recognition from her employer for the exceptional customer service she provides.
While the food itself was unfortunately poor, Briannaâs service made the meal worthwhile. Despite the quality of the food, I found myself enjoying every bite simply because of the amazing experience Brianna provided. Knowing that if anything was unsatisfactory, she would correct it immediately, gave me peace of mind and allowed me to relax and focus on the positives.
What also stood out was Briannaâs ability to manage the environment around her. Even when it seemed like other customers were having issues or the atmosphere was tense, Brianna showed incredible teamwork. She took initiative, de-escalating situations with ease and helping other servers continue their work smoothly. Her positivity and leadership transformed the entire environment, making it a much more pleasant place to be.
To be completely honest, I feel like this establishment doesnât deserve someone as exceptional as Brianna. The quality of the food and the overall condition of the restaurant simply donât match the level of service she provides. Itâs clear that sheâs putting in an incredible amount of effort and care, and I worry that one day, the poor quality of the establishment will lead to losing her as an employee. Quite frankly, I think the owners should either find her a better position or consider relocating her to a better-maintained establishment because Briannaâs talents are being wasted here, and Iâm certain she isnât being compensated fairly for the amount of work she does.
In conclusion, while the food and environment left much to be desired, Briannaâs exceptional service turned our visit into a positive experience. If you visit this location, I sincerely hope you have the pleasure of being served by Briannaâshe is truly the best this restaurant...

After looking at the menu, I decided I wanted the 10 piece wing combo they offered for the Lunch Special. The woman who took my order (I think Alexis or Lex or Lexi) asked if I wanted fries with my wings, I said yes. I then asked if it also came with a drink, and she said no. Then I pointed out the lunch menu to her, and showed her that it said it comes with "fries + pepsi" and she said that it comes with fries but the Pepsi is extra and that was what the "+" sign meant. I was baffled by her answer and ,after hesitatation, declined the drink that she was going to upcharge me for. She then rang up my total and said it was $18 and change!! Again, I pointed out the lunch special and said that it was supposed to be around $13. She then said that was why she asked if I wanted "fries " apparently inferring that fries were extra. She then moved to a different register/monitor and, after pressing some buttons, said "I applied my employee discount for you" and gave me my order total of $14.07. She then had the audacity to say "just select the tip amount and then insert your card." It wasn't until after I paid, that I did the math and saw that my total of $14.07 was the same price as the lunch special ($13) with 8.25% sales tax. After receiving my order, I finally found the lunch combo deal online and saw that it was $13 with, guess what, FRIES and DRINK. Absolutely awful. I don't know what she stood to gain from blatantly lying to my face multiple times, other than I suspect she was trying to pocket the difference somehow. The only reason I didn't return for my drink was because the dining area was closed and I knew I couldn't watch her if she decided to tamper with (i.e. spit in) my drink--at this point she had already proven herself to be untrustworthy.
I called the phone number of the manager displayed at the front entrance, but no surprise that it routed directly to the store. I asked for "Andrew" and was told that he wasn't in (Friday at lunch time).
I will not be returning.

My server today was Tanikqua, from the moment Tanikqua began taking my order she seemed bothered. She never once greeted us properly, keep in mind it was around 1pm on a Monday. I indeed counted the tables and there were a total of 6, 2 of which she had. Now besides the attitude and lack of attention we received she brought out the plates didnât say anything and left. I began eating and the first chicken I bit was raw. Now donât get me wrong I understand she is not at fault for that however her reaction is what bothered me. When I finally flagged her down she seemed confused on to what she was looking at, I proceeded to tell her that the chicken was raw, pink raw and had blood. She didnât say anything, took the plate and left. She then had someone else take a look at it and after a couple minutes I assume she went to put another order in for me. She never once came to check on us nor kept me update on what was happening. No one ever came to apologize for the inconvenience and I never made it a big deal when I should have as I am 6 months pregnant and could have been harmed if I didnât look to see what I was eating. After my plate was ready she brings it out and asks if the meals were going to be together and I said yes. One minute later she brings out the check and drinks in to go cups as if we were finished when she just dropped off my food and I had barely started. I felt like a bother when I was there to the point where I didnât finish my food and instead took it to go. I then flagged her down to come take my card and somehow her attitude changed oh but how different she acted when she found out I was the one paying. On top of the whole situation I still tipped her 15%. She may not care about her reputation but she is a server behind BWW and makes this company look bad.
