Came here for dinner with my family and young children (party of 7). Before seating I had to take my 4 year old to the restroom who had an incident. Went to wash our hands and there was no soap, which is interesting because an employee named Juan was in the restroom when I went in. He obviously left without washing his hands because there wasn't any soap. I went to the front and politely asked for soap. 5 employees just standing around at the front desk looked at me like I was crazy. Mr Juan was there too and said that he would go get it, he walked off and then was no where to be found for the next 10 minutes or so. I had to ask multiple times. They told me he is in there but he wasn't. It wasnt until I asked multiple times that someone went to look for him. I don't understand how it could take this long to get some soap or better yet how a restaurant would even let the soap run out, apparently no one is even doing bathroom checks and employees obviously don't even wash their hands. All the girls at the front just kept looking at me like I'm asking for something weird. After another employee went to find him, Mr Juan finally reappears with the soap. Was kind of annoyed by the whole thing because none of the employees even seemed to care and acted like I was bothering them, they were more concerned with the conversation they were having, laughing amongst themselves. So yeah but once we sat, our waiter Clayton was great. He was very attentive and gave lots of information about the food and menu. Food was good too. Rated 2 stars because of the lack of service regarding the soap and also after that incident I see they have Mr Juan walking around grating cheese on salads and he was the one who brought out food out. We also saw him walking around rubbing his nose too and we already know he doesn't wash his hands so yeah... They definitely need some training on cleanliness and front desk service. I probably won't come back...
Read moreLast evening, I came here with some friends for dinner. After being sat down, our server Michael asked us for our drinks, appetizers, and order all at the same time. We got our drinks and our appetizers at the same time, which is fine. Not 5 minutes later, we got our plates, which were not served right by the way. Mine was supposed to be split in half and he brought it whole, he’d also forgotten the ranch my friend ordered even after telling him multiple times. When I told him my plate needed to be split in half, he got upset and took my plate with an attitude. After bringing back my plates, he still forgot the ranch. As we’re still eating our food, he was rushing us by trying to take the plates that still had food on it and we were eating. We still hadn’t finished the salad when he took it without asking, as well as my plate that I had LITERALLY just stopped eating from it- I still hadn’t put the fork down. Overall, our experience was bad and we felt so uncomfortable being rushed, our orders coming back wrong, and being served with an attitude. It was only 3 of us, I doubt our order was too much for him to handle, unlike being a huge table with too many things. When we payed, I needed change from my bill for the tip, and they called him in the front to go get the money. One of the guys was trying to intimidate me for some reason and was giving me a bad look, making me feel very uncomfortable. I have come here several times and although the food is better than another Olive Garden I go to, I can definitely say that the service here is GHETTO. Thank you Michael, but hopefully I won’t ever have to...
Read moreI visited this establishment with my family to celebrate a birthday, with a group of over 20 people. I called ahead twice to inform them of our party size, and was told that while there may be a wait, they could accommodate us. Upon arrival, the wait was reasonable, and everything seemed to be going well.
Our waitress, Leilei, introduced herself and assured us that we would have a great experience. She also informed us that a second waitress would be assisting due to the size of our party. The initial service during drink and meal orders was satisfactory.
However, issues began when the salads and soups were served. On several occasions, Leilei's demeanor became curt, to the point of being rude. While I understood the challenges of serving a large group, her attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. Although we remained patient, her repeated complaints about managing multiple parties and telling us to wait in an unfriendly manner negatively impacted our experience. She contradicted herself in interactions with a few members of our group and was also noticeably rude to the second waitress assisting her.
Additionally, several members of our party were never offered drink refills, and any requests we made were met with frustration. Towards the end of our visit, Leilei disappeared, and a young lady, possibly a manager or hostess, along with the other waitress, completed our checkout.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this establishment for...
