Friendly employees. Chicken tenders were HUGE and the flavors were really good- flavor and heat, not just heat. The breading on the chicken is light and sticks to the chicken, which we really enjoyed. It is not a thick breading. We had the Little Heat and the Lotta Heat. Will definitely try Hella Heat in the future. You will not leave hungry! The Dixie Chick sandwich had two of the large tenders on it with tasty coleslaw, good bread and butter pickles, and a great toasted bun. They have habanero pickles too. The fries were great also! Crunchy outside and soft inside. Definitely see how the loaded fries would hold up to the toppings. The menu has enough choices to satisfy everyone, though not too much to overwhelm. Sodas, tea, lemonades, shakes, bottled beverages -- alcoholic and non available. Spiked and regular frozen lemonade too. Ice cream cookie sandwiches for dessert. The only cons were the napkins were flimsy and tiny. The mac and cheese was just okay, wouldn't order again. Prices were competitive for location and for portions. They have a rewards program through Toast Tab. Online ordering available. There is plenty of parking and 4 to-go reserved spots. Cute decor and puns. Will return to try more stuff!!!

Went today for the Offical Grand Opening, and it was amazing! Staff was so incredibly friendly and gave the best recommendations. Kennedy greeted us at the door with a smile and really made us feel welcome. We tried The Hot Chick loaded fries, and they were great. For heat, we chose Lotta Heat. It had a nice kick to it. The street corn that came on top was great also. Then we tried The Dixie Chick Sandwhich, which stole the show. For heat, we chose Hella Hot, which is the hottest. It was fire! The sandwich as a whole was full of flavor with the coleslaw and pickles. The sauce that comes on the side was on point. The heat was PERFECT! Enough to make you sweat, but not enough to make you uncomfortable. The heat shined without overpowering all the other accompanying flavors. I wanted to get another one, but I was too full. 😅 Lastly, we had the opportunity to try the Fruity Pebbles Milkshake and ....... On God, the best milkshake I have ever had! I'll be thinking of that milkshake until i get to go back. Overall, 15/10. 100% recommend.

Absolutely love this place! We’ve been two times now and plan to make it a traditional to visit every time we see our midwife. The chicken is hot and flavorful. Anything you get is worth it! Make sure you get some ranch and special sauce on the side to dip in. I get the wimpy level of heat and it’s got a small kick hit easy to handle. They do have just a classic with no spice if you need it! The fries are always crispy too. I got the loaded fries the first time and they were so delicious. The Mac and cheese is ok. A little disappointed but to be honest it didn’t matter because everything else is phenomenal. The chicken sandwiches are very very good. I got one with Cole slaw on it! Perfect flavors and pairing too. The owner is so nice and so are the staff. He comes out to check on people regularly and really makes the whole experience awesome. There are plenty of places to sit inside for small and larger parties. There is also patio seating for when it’s nice outside. You won’t miss out eating here!! Can’t wait to go back.

Our family stoppedby this weekend, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. However, it was Manager Liz who truly went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only was the food delicious, but the service provided by Liz elevated the entire experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction were evident throughout our visit. From recommending menu favorites to ensuring our orders were promptly served, Liz exemplified professionalism and hospitality at its finest. It was evident that Liz takes pride in her work and in maintaining a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it added to the already vibrant ambiance of Coop's Hot Chicken.

In conclusion, our visit to Coop's Hot Chicken was truly memorable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Liz. I highly recommend the cluck norris, it was soooooo good. Can't wait to come back!

Food is pretty good. I've been a few times. It's nothing special but it's consistent. The plates they use are way too dang small tho. They pile on the food so there's no way to move anything around. Very frustrating. Maybe just a pet peeve of mine tho. However the main reason for 3 stars is the fact that while I was there last time, some boy came in, possibly a friend of one of the cashiers, and brought in his dog with him. I already didnt like that fact, since animals shouldn't be somewhere where there is food being prepared and people are eating. But the most disgusting part was when the cashier waved the dog over to her, allowed the dog to jump up on the counter, and she continued to give the dog pets and get dog hair and who knows what else all over the place. She then immediately begins inputting the order into the screen without washing her hands and who knows when the next time that she actually washed her hands was. Oh and the counter top was never cleaned either. The same counter top that the next person who came in touched. I likely won't be...
