Crust Pizza is a neighborhood gem that’s become our family’s go-to for a reason. The outdoor area is a kid magnet, with fake turf (no dirt-tracked shoes, score) and giant wooden Jenga blocks that keep the little ones entertained for hours. The pizza slaps, especially with their fiery hot sauce that I could probably drink straight. The soda fountain’s a hit with the kids, and the beer and wine selection keeps the adults happy. It’s got that lively, family-friendly vibe that’s just upscale enough to feel special without being stuffy.
Pro tip: order two pizzas. The discount on the second is so good you’d be a fool to skip it. Their specialty pizza menu is packed with bangers, and you can split a pie with different halves to satisfy everyone’s cravings—perfect for picky eaters or groups with strong opinions. If you’re rolling deep, combine orders to maximize that deal. It’s the kind of smart menu setup that makes you feel like you’re beating the house, and I’m all about that.
Here’s my constructive feedback: the service is friendly, counter-order, fast-casual—exactly what you want from a pizza joint. You wait in line to order at the counter, grab your own drinks, sit down, and they bring your food, a stack of plates and forks. You get your own paper napkins at the soda fountain. You divvy out the plates and napkins yourself. You go back to the counter and wait in line if you want another drink. In other words, the service is par for an elevated Whataburger or Chick-fil-A, and I’m here for it. But when they flip the tablet and say, “Just fill this out quick,” pushing tip options like 15%, 18%, 20%. For what? They don’t even hand out napkins or drinks or refills. It’s not table service, and we are all great with it. But in that context the awkward tip prompt feels tacky and out of place—it draws the focus on the lack of service. Drop the big tip guilt nudge and this place would...
Read moreI haven’t even tasted their food yet and I’m giving them a 5 star review for the way they handled my request and subsequent situation. It’s 2 days before Christmas and I was ordering a surprise Alfredo Pizza for someone as a gift. Marco’s doesn’t do Alfredo’s apparently, so I went to the next closest place. I’ve never been to Crust before, but judging from over a thousand great reviews I figured it was good. I wrote a note that I wanted delivered with my order. The manager (Vicky) said they’d be happy to add it to my order, but I needed to call it in or use DoorDash or UberEats. I could’ve just called it in right there, but I decided to go home and do it there instead.
I ordered on Grubhub and then called Vicky to let her know. Long story a little less long, I ordered from a different location not realizing I had. Before my order was supposed to be delivered, Vicky called not once, but twice (I didn’t notice the first call until later) to let me know that they hadn’t received my order and wanted to be sure they could get the note in. She had let all the employees know about it so it wouldn’t be missed. I checked my order and realized what had happened. My pizza was delivered, but of course, without the note because it came from a different Crust location. Her calls were above and beyond and all the staff I interacted with over the phone and in person were all with smiles and cheer. I returned for my card and they had it safely stowed. Not a single annoyed person at all. I will definitely be going back and can’t wait to taste the yummy food and be part of another great experience! Thank you,...
Read morespacious parking. patio and inside seating. clean restaurant. great customer service. most of the crowd were families - maybe they have specials for kids? not sure.
it was cool that we could do half and half pizza, one side with their "the big cheesy" pizza and the other as a build your own pizza. we got the caesar salad, alfredo chicken pasta that comes with garlic bread and two drinks.
the pizza was really good. i mean i was hungry but you still can tell when the food is good or bad. with all the blend of different cheese, i was curious how it would taste, but it's def not the taste you would expect. it was like a dish. well-made and tasted like corn too - yummmmy! then i loved the way they already had cut the pizza into small pieces. it was super hot yet when you pick up the pizza slice, the ingredients didn't fell off!
the alfredo chicken pasta was soo bland and the garlic bread that comes with it is not good at all. id avoid this dish.
the caesar salad was fresh and delicious. i liked how they put the sauce on the side. and once i poured the entire sauce in the salad bowl, it wasnt drenched with it, just the...
