Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Spring

Whoever owns this location.. doesn't like to make money and doesn’t care about quality. You have 5 employees whom you are paying hourly, sitting on the clock, not working, swiping left on your phone, and you have cold donuts sitting on the donut pad. You have the nerve to lie and say the donuts are fresh and were made 15 minutes ago. They are so cold, we all know it was not made 15 mins ago. Then you proceed to tell me I can warm them up in the microwave. Then you tell me I can wait 15 mins for fresh ones, while another employee is cleaning the donut maker and getting it ready for usage… because they were likely selling yesterday’s donuts to people. You’re better off buying doughnuts at the location straight down I-45 than this one. The employees act like they can’t understand what their customers say when they go to order their doughnuts, cram the doughnuts into the box they put them in and get the icing everywhere, and you can’t get good doughnuts past 7:00 Pm. Why is this Shipley’s open all hours of the night if the employees don’t cook a good amount of doughnuts to give their customers at all hours of the night? I was hoping this location would be able to compare to the lovely locations I’ve been to elsewhere. Not to mention, I have had an attitude issue with an employee when she said they were out of a certain doughnut. No need to be mean to your customers because you’re too lazy to cook or have the amount needed...

I really hated this place I place my order for kolaches chocolate milk and the Dr pepper. I open my bag to my surprise the bread was hard like toast. I went back to get a refund this woman tell me I got to come back tomorrow they don't do refunds after 11:00 then on top of that my order was $10.02 I gave this woman a $20 bill and $0.10 cuz she talking about they don't have change in the store but I'm waiting for my eight cents are you really going to rip me off on top of giving me hard bread on a kolaches.
