I ordered a Bluey edible Icing sheet and had a less than stellar experience. I reached out ahead of time to request a customization to include certain characters (Bluey, Bingo, Muffin, Socks, and the family group) and a name in the Bluey font. I was told she could do that and I was instructed to place my order and then email immediately after with my requests and I did that, and included my order number so they would know which order the request was referencing. I received my icing sheets and they were not the 5 characters I requested and there was no name, it was the standard sheet of characters plus “Bluey” and all of my requests were ignored. Also, beware the 3” option are under 3” so plan accordingly for them to be smaller. I reached out to ask for a correction and was told they don’t accept personalizations on this item (even though the description states to reach out for character/size requests and I reached out for this ahead of time and they said they could do it) and I was also told they have no record of my request (despite our communication all being on the same email thread and scrolling up a little revealed my initial request and then the subsequent follow up and confirmation after I placed my order). After apologizing, I was told they could offer a partial refund for the missing name (no acknowledgement for the missing characters) and there was no way to get me the correct ones in time for my party 5 days from now. My communication with Laura was not fantastic and I was told I am measuring incorrectly when I simply laid a ruler on the sheet for reference, so I’m not sure how that is incorrect.

I will say, the color and quality of the ones I did get was great. If they were what I had asked for I would be thrilled and would have given a great review. Maybe steer clear of the personalizing and you will be happy with what you get.

I would suggest either leaving a comment box on the order form directly or not accepting custom requests if you cannot accommodate them and cannot assure they aren’t overlooked. I would also suggest changing the description under this image to state that you cannot take personalizations...

This place is great! A very humble and welcoming place. I got greeted as soon as I walked thru the door. I didn't feel rushed, and they answered any question I had. They have a nice assortment of different sweets from candy to cheesecake. The service is 2 thumbs up. They were very professional with me. They offer birthday services too which is another plus. Everyone loved the chocolate pretzels, chocolate gourmet candy, popcorn, and the chocolate candy apple that I gifted to different people. The prices are actually very good. I told her what I needed and she far exceeded my expectations. Communication was great and my questions and emails were answered promptly.
