There were 3 vehicles in the first lane and 1 vehicle in the second lane. There were female employees surrounding the vehicle in the second lane - 3 girls on the driver's side and maybe 1 on the passenger side. The vehicle had it's windows down and after watching them for about 30 seconds, it was obvious they were just visiting. Laughing, talking and one employee stuck her hands inside the vehicle several times. So, this wasn't a customer waiting for drinks.
I don't know what was taking so long to get our drinks in the first lane, but we waited for at least 15 minutes. They're usually much faster than 15 minutes. After I was there about 10 minutes, a vehicle pulled into the second lane where the employees were gathered visiting. It took them about 2 minutes to finish visiting even with a paying customer in line behind them.
There were 2 employees outside actually working. You might ask each employee privately if they can shed light on this situation, because I don't think those employees appreciated the others playing.

Read moreI recently visited this coffee stand and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendly staff. I have visted 3 times (2 of which it was raining). From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine enthusiasm for serving customers.
Not only did they take the time to explain the different coffee options and make personalized recommendations, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my coffee was prepared to perfection. The baristas showed great attention to detail, ensuring that my latte was delicious.
What really stood out was the sense of hospitality at this coffee stand. It was clear that the staff valued their customers and took pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. I unfortunately forgot the workers name (red hair) but she is energetic and very easy to talk to while you wait for your coffee.
My only recommendation would be for management to look into hanging some heaters and fans for the staff working outside.

Read moreNew 7brew customer, always had an amazing experience here! It’s 6am came after the gym and when I received my drink the ice was so full I could not even insert the straw. I went back and spoke to the person who was super kind and said she got me!! While driving up I over heard the young woman making it rudely saying, “that’s how she wanted it.” Then proceeded to look at me upset. I was kind and held a smile (check camera you’ll see, I also have it on dash cam.) I asked for a manage young man said there’s was none. I asked for her name same young man stated he could not give names out. I drive over twenty minutes to come here. I will not return and it sucks because I love this coffee. But will not spend my money where there is customer service like this. I will stick to Starbucks where they would have smiled and kindly fixed the issue.
I did add a couple times to the young man, why the attitude I’m happy.
