Denny's — Restaurant in Texas

Poor service and food didnt honor ALL kids eat free on Tues. And sat. (which we called before going) so we get there late for the deal about 9:15 (which deal ends at 10) got to order around 9:45 (which for deal order has to be placed before 10) so after she begun drunks 5 mins later we wanted to order however she continued to ignore us ( they didnt want us to get a order in before 10 I know this because my husband went in before us to let them know how many of us was coming in and while waiting he heard the complaints of "10 need to hurry" "don't let them order")t o the point my sister had to ask the manager to send someone to take order which they send a different lady then the one who took drink order (the one who ignored us) they had no apples (the Denny's the night before didn't either for some reason)so the food comes out and my order of eggs has a shell sitting on top plain as day and my daughter hard boil egg still had a piece of shell on it at check they tried to charge us full price for everyone because" we didn't place order before 10" then he says only 2 kids per adult eat free(there were 3 adults 7kids) poor service from management to cooks it doesn't take much for great...

Ordered some food online from the burger den since dennys only allows these orders to be from online. I ordered what I typically would from them. To begin with the burgers didn’t have as much flavor as the other Denny’s I’ve ordered this exact order from. Their fries were better at this location though ( or I’m not sure if this is a general upgrade at all locations on the fries seasonings) and they got my order wrong. It was fine I went inside to let them know to see if they’d either remake it or just fix it overall because the burger I ordered DID NOT have all these extra ingredients in it. I go inside and all they do to “fix” this is add the grilled onions inside and left all the extra stuff they put on my burger. Mind yall I ordered the “double the fun burger” which is supposed to come , two 100% beef burgers topped with American cheese, caramelized onions and All-American sauce. My burger had no caramelized onions and looked completely different than what it is supposed to look like. Most of the time when I go to any Denny’s location I normally have a great experience. However when I visited this Denny’s location I will have to say it was the most unusual experience I’ve ever had. Like I’ve never had my server have to sit down at the booth I was sitting at to take my drink and food order acting like she didn’t want to get back up again which kind of made me feel uncomfortable. I guess I should have never looked at her crazy for sitting down at the booth with me because once the food came I needed a drink refill and I never got one. It was like she had disappeared because I didn’t see her anywhere the entire time I ate my meal with no drink. Finally 10 minutes after I finished eating she appeared and brought me the check and asked if I needed a refill. I said yes then it took another 15 minutes to bring my drink refill because she disappeared again. When I had got up to go pay the bill I was walking past my server on the way out and she gave me the most creepy side stare and smile when I walked past her. Overall my experience was creepy. I have my receipt so I know the servers name but to avoid any backlash I won’t put her name on...
