Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I recently saw a Domino’s commercial showcasing some new menu items and decided to give them a try—and I have to say, they were solid! Everything was solid, hot, and delicious. But what really took this experience to the next level was the delivery driver. He went above and beyond. We live in a secure gated community on a high floor, and despite the challenge, he made it all the way to our door with a smile—in 90-degree Texas heat, no less. He was sweaty but still incredibly polite, and even took the time to explain that they had run out of one item and made a substitution, hoping it was okay with us. That level of care and communication is rare.

People like him are the invisible heroes keeping businesses running smoothly. Domino’s—please recognize and reward drivers like this. And to anyone ordering: tip well and treat your delivery folks with kindness. They’re out there making sure we’re fed, even...

I ordered ahead at another dominos franchise location and never received my pizza. During the middle of my daughters fourth birthday party I called and called and never recieved an answer or a pizza. I called to this location as a last ditch effort to get answers and possibly pizza. I told the staff I was willing to pay them, that I just needed pizza for my daughters party where I had 30 people waiting. The manager, Chris, was completely unsympathetic and refused to deliver to me even though the location "in my range" hadn't done it. He told me I could leave the party to come pick it up 45 minutes later, two hours after the party had begun. My husband and I typically pick up from this location- but NEVER again. Chris was the definition of a true ass. He had the opportunity to help a family in need and refused in the most unsympathetic and rude...

For some reason any time I order pizza and have it delivered, the pizza is absolutely awful. And I don't mean as in slightly cold or the length of time it takes to be delived...which is almost always exceptionally long regardless of the day or time...but the quality of the pizza is awful. The appearance is completely unappetizing and the taste isn't much better and the order is almost always missing something. It's essentially like eating greasy cardboard. Let me note, that when ever we order pizza and pick it up in person, we've never had an issue with the quality of the food or the service which is why we very rarely order via delivery. However tonight we decided to just have it delivered and hope for the best, I guess that was our bad becuase we are now dining on greasy cardboard sans the garlic sauce...
