Domino's Store #6882
This was honestly the worst customer service I and my family has received in YEARS! Primarily with whoever the lady that was manager or shift lead during the hours we dealt with her. Sept 2nd between the hours of 6:12 pm all the way to our final call and 10:04 pm.
It started with us putting in a order At 6:01 pm for delivery. It went in the oven at 6:04. We gave a tip and waited. We noticed on the tracker our pizza came out at 6:12 pm and was being quality checked at 6:34 it was still sitting on quality checking. Meaning still in a warmer. So we called Found out they were short on drivers And a new one was 5 to 10 minutes from arriving at domino's. Then add drive time to our house from their locationn, this means, us not getting our pizza until 50 minutes to an hour after it came out of the over. The manager/shift lead lady said she would make it right after my husband voiced that at the point of his first call the pizza would be cold. This to us meant a new pizza would be made and we would get a fresh pizza.
about 5 minutes after the call ended at about 6:39 or so the tracker said the pizza was on its way. They of course had other places to drop off first. It arrive around 6:53 is 41 minutes after it was originally done.
My husband was stressed and forgot to touch the pizza after looking at it. He brought it inside and set it on the table. Our children were shaking due to hypoglycemia. He let them take a slice. Then he touched the pizza realizing is was lukewarm and the cheese was hardening! Everything else was clearly old and been under a warmer but we dealt with it.
He came and spoke to me and asked what to do. We debated a bit I was upset Because I'm tired of paying good money, being made promises to by companies only to get below average products and service. So he called at 7:12 pm and explained this is absolutely unexpectable!
They stated they were busy and it would take some time. He from the very beginning was trying to be understanding. He said that's fine he would wait he just wanted a correct Pizza. They said they would deliver.
About 45 minutes later sadly we had a serious family issue that came up.Ot was not resolved until about 10 pm. Still they had not delivered a pizza. So he called again.
They had the nerve to treat him like he was wrong. They , the female manager, had the nerve to ask why he took 3 hours to call. I guess she missed this was actually HIS 3RD TIME CALLING!! She had the nerve to suggest warmer keeps pizzas hot and fresh! Then she had the attitude to say the driver said my husband said it was fine. So her again for the second time explained what I explained above. She was talking then about a whole order and my husband again reminded her he wasn't trying to mess anyone over. He was NOT asking for the whole order just a hot and fresh pizza! Then she made to pay for the delivery fee for something they messed up on. It finally arrived at 10:44 pm.
The attitude, quality control, hostility, at this location is astounding. We have had issues here before several times but blew it off. This takes the cake..Especially after we were so dang patient.
They lost a monthly customer with us. We usually went with carryout. At this point Papa John's is...
Read more8/10 times that I make my orders here, they miss putting garlic on my crust. That is literally the only reason why I choose Dominos over other places. About 3 weeks ago I made another order. Order was missing the garlic on the crust. I asked if I made a mistake in the order but I didn't. After talking to a the lady in charge, she said that they just get too many orders sometimes and they just don't put it.. and that sorry for the inconvinience.. What kind of answer is that?? So I asked for a remake for our next order. Tonight I called in my order for that remake from the last mistake. The lady left me on hold for about 10 minutes and finally came back with a $17 charge for my free large pizza and a medium pizza. I had to tell her to remove the medium pizza and I just ordered it via the app for $8.99. They are trying to abuse of their customers. Soo wrong. So I get there to pick up my pizzas and I check both for that garlic crust. The Large had Garlic crust and the medium didn't. This time I made a mistake and I accidently chose handmade which doesn't really give the option to add it. So that's fine. That's on me but then I asked her why they don't put it when it's ordered online with garlic and she came up with a story about their ovens being over loaded and things can fall.. I was too embarrassed to even further explore her made up story.. anyway. This place needs new management, someone that can handle accurate orders, address customer issues, and good customer service. I'm not coming back to this place again but if you are thinking of...
Read moreA tragic comedy unfolded before my very eyes, a culinary drama starring the heroes of my hunger and the villains of my disappointment. My journey began with a simple craving, a desire for the cheesy, saucy embrace of a Domino's pizza. But alas, my hopes were dashed upon the shores of reality. I stood, a lone sentinel in the desolate landscape of the drive-thru, my stomach rumbling in protest. My car, a chariot of hope, was met not with a feast, but with a quest—a quest for a pizza that seemed to exist only in legend. I was forced to abandon my metallic steed and venture into the heart of the beast, a lair of neglect and despair. The air, thick with the scent of unfulfilled promises, clung to the very walls. The floor, a treacherous swamp of sticky mystery, threatened to claim my shoes as its own. It was a scene of utter chaos, a post-apocalyptic wasteland where employees, the supposed guardians of the oven, roamed aimlessly, their purpose lost to the sands of time. I waited, a captive in this gastronomic prison, for what felt like an eternity. Ten minutes stretched into an epic saga of patience and despair. When the pizza finally arrived, it was not a triumph but a concession. It was a monument to the apathy of its creators, a testament to a company that had forgotten its most sacred duty: to deliver hot, delicious pizza. This was not a meal; it was a memorial to a craving that died a slow, agonizing death. Domino's, you have not just failed to deliver a pizza; you have...
