My last two visits were not as good as usual. Due to an allergy in my family one of the pizzas I ordered 2 weeks ago was supposed to have no cheese, but after I got it home I saw it was fully covered in cheese. They wouldn't deliver a replacement to me because that location is out of their delivery zone so I opted to receive a credit. I decided to use that credit this weekend. I had to call it in for them to see my credit. I ordered other items so when I arrived to pick up my order I still had to pay. I was 2nd in line but a man who felt he didn't need to stand in line came and stood by the side of the counter right next to the lady at the register. When she was done with the lady in front of me she asked the man how she could help him! He said I'm here to pick up my order so she left me standing there to go get him his order! Wth, I was next! Another employee saw what she did and quickly asked how she could help me. I pay for for my order, get it home to discover the 2 ranch cups on top were not the extra ones I paid for, just the ones that come with the 2 orders of wings. My husband was sad, but he got even sadder when one of the wing orders had a hardly any buffalo sauce, just a light drizzle across the tops! I've never seen wings that weren't completely coated in sauce. So, this last visit to this Domino's was not very good. At least there was no cheese on the cheeseless...
Read moreWe eat at dominoes at various locations, probably more often than I would like to admit. This particular location has had issues the last three times we have been there. This third time though and I think we’re done.
The food wasn’t great. I should have taken a picture of the chicken wings. Virtually no sauce on the buffalo wings. I mean none. Pizza was mediocre, toppings were very skimpy. Pepperoni and pineapple for the kids had 12 pineapple pieces. There were so few we had to count because it was kind of funny at that point.
Finally, the kid at the register couldn’t figure out how to charge me from the credit card machine. He charged me twice on accident and after a series of conversations and 20min at the counter, he assured me it wouldn’t be double charged. It showed up on my bank statement and I called, then the manager said it would fall off and wasn’t going to be charged. Guess what, I was definitely charged twice. And since that was the end of August and it’s now the beginning of September, they can’t issue refunds so the manager suggested that I dispute it with my bank.

Rodolfo {the delivery man} was Polite and Friendly...
However, our order showed up to our door {over an hour} after we placed the order.
Also; The "Domino's Tracker" showed our delivery as "Complete and Delivered" a full {23-Minutes} Prior to it Actually Showing Up At Our Door?!?
In this 23-minutes, I called the store twice.
I was told that the driver was making a "Double Delivery" and that "Our Delivery" showed as Delivered, *When the first delivery was complete...
This makes {No Sense}, some degree of foul play took place?
Double deliveries are usually done within the same general Neiborhood.
I watched {on the tracker} our food go 7-miles in the wrong direction. *We live about 1/3 of a mile away from this Domino's.
The estimated time {Increasing} as our food went in the wrong direction.
We ended up with a {Warm Enough to Eat}, yet very late dinner.
Something took place here, that should not have happened!
