Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I haven’t ordered from dominos in years. Haven’t been liking the other options lately and a coworker let me try her pizza from dominoes once and it was amazing. So I made the order tonight for the same pizza she had except I asked to add tomatoes to it, and my husband’s pizza of course. We got our pizza very quickly, we were surprised. Opened up my pizza to find a soupy mess. There was a million toppings on my pizza, which would have been awesome but within a bread crust was a pile of Alfredo soup! If I picked up a slice everything fell off of it. I could eat it with a fork and knife and it was tasty but that just wasn’t good enough. I called to talk to someone. Why was it so soupy??? The man of the phone named a few possibilities, but no solutions until finally after a few minutes said they would redo it. One of the soup possibilities was because of the tomatoes which were moist and could have caused the soup. I will admit, the tomatoes on the pizza looked like they came from a can (gross) and they could have caused the soupy-ness, but I’ve gotten tomatoes many times on pizzas and never had an issue, but this is the first time I’ve seen canned tomatoes on a pizza. So we came to the conclusion that they would remake and redeliver my pizza this time without the tomatoes. The pizza was just fine this time. Definitely made by someone different, toppings were placed very differently and not nearly as many toppings as the last pizza (last pizza definitely had too much on it). I felt bad calling to complain and make them do that but I’m sorry I just cannot accept a soupy pizza. High star review because they fixed the problem and the pizza was decent, but took a star off because of 1. Soupy pizza, and 2. Canned...

UPDATE: I have changed my review from 1 star a year ago to a 5 star. In the past few months I have ordered twice and have had a completely different opinion experience from the past. Both of my more recent visits were great pizza, quick and good service, and as for atmosphere….the employees seemed to be much more friendly and customer concerned. KUDOS to whoever turned this place around!!! ORIGINAL-review: I ordered a large Italian sausage pizza. After picking it up, I said thank you 3 times while paying, and no one ever responded. OK, just rude. THEN, when I got home and opened the box, I discovered there was LITERALLY almost no sausage, sauce, or cheese on the pizza. There were two slices with NO sausage on them at all, only 1 sauce with two small chunks, and the other 5 only 1 1 small piece on them each. A frozen pizza would have been better. NOW I remember why I stopped ordering from this store 2 years ago. 😫 Unfortunately, we had guests over, and I kept appoliging for the horrible pizza. "Your order does not meet our $20 something something requirement" why TF do I keep ordering from this trash?? Bye... hello pizza hut lol. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME that I’ve ordered from them. EVERY TIME... they leave out not only the dipping sauce that COMES WITH THE ITEMS I ORDER but also the extra sauces I pay for. It’s been three consecutive times. The only 3 times I’ve ordered and the only three times I WILL order from them. I even leave notes saying “please don’t forget the sauces!” I tip 20%. Like HOW do you forget the icing with the cinnamon twists?? I hate to be naggy but condiments kind of make the meal for some people. Anyways this last time I called they offered to send out a free order of cinnamon twists... cool. Awesome. That totally fixes it! BUT... the thing is it never showed up... Pizza Hut is the place to go....
