If I could give my review 0 stars I would… as a 23 year old I respect the young workers and front line workers but this time there was no excuse for how they handled the situation, when we pulled up to get our order this girl with dyed hair was explaining what our order was to confirm and we told her no it’s wrong and then she proceeds to ask if 2 items out of 5 was correct and we did have those items and we agreed and she proceeded to hand us our order and we noticed a item was missing and the other item was wrong and we told her about it and she gave us the worst attitude saying “this is why I asked you if those were your items and you agreed” and we told her that partially yes it was correct but we are missing one item and the other item was a hot regular coffee when I ordered a iced specialty coffee. She decided to close the window and call this guy and he asked what we ordered and he told us “well one item none of us heard you say it and you probably forgot to order it” WHEN WE LITERALLY DID ORDER IT AND THE GIRL EVEN CONFIRMED THAT ITEM ON THE SPEAKER. And he just stood there not wanting to solve anything and giving us this look to just leave because clearly they weren’t going to do anything to fix it! Read moreI went in through the drive thru last month for some ice creams for the family. When I got to the window a young man was checking me out and I could tell he was new. Long story short he asked a co-worker to help and she was rude to him then turned around and was extremely rude to me when I mentioned to my son they messed up the order. I wasn't even talking to her. We were not upset about it I just mentioned it. Anyhow she leaves and goes to the dounut side yelling to a co-worker on the ice cream side saying take care of her, I'm not handling this right now and so on. I was so humilitated. The store had several customers inside and they were all looking at me. The young man was upset saying it was his first day and I told him not to worry. The gurl kept running her mouth and I responded. Having seven years of retail management under my belt you never react in the manner this young girl did to ANY customer whether you are in the wrong or not. Read moreTerrible customer service. Ordered on the app at 9:09 am. Arrived to pick up mobile order at 9:20 am. Order was not on the pickup shelf so I waited. The shop was not busy and neither was the drive thru and they had 3 staff. At 9:40am I went and asked if my order went through even though the app said it did. I was told then that some of the food was ready but 2 of the drinks had been discontinued. That means the food that was ready had been sitting for about 15-20min. Reordered drinks that took another 10 min. I asked for the food that had been sitting to be remade since it was cold now. Got attitude and apologized for asking but that food was cold. Got more attitude. Here is my question, well 2: 1. Why are discontinued items still on the website to order? and Why isn't there an alert on the mobile app indicating that an item is discontinued so you aren't waiting to find that out once you get to the store? My advice is if you are ordering anything via the mobile app and you don't see your order waiting for you go ask if your order went through so you aren't waiting...
