As a loyal customer, I've been this place to order food since 2014 so I would like to share my thought break my silence about this business, people who work there (employees), and why I give this 3 stars. First, let me just say if you want to look for craving food, this is the place you would go, and they do it fast if you are PATIENT. It is similar like if you go to mall look for Chinese food. Now let's talk about the food, like (rice/noodles) are very good but what bothers me most of the time some meat are quite hard to chew and some like general tsao/ orange chicken texture taste like huge gumballs so it need to work on with HUGE improvement. Not to mention inside it DO have some fatty. There is one concern me is mushroom chicken, and it looks too dry what I am seeing. I would seriously avoid it because who knows how long is it been when it is dry there that contain toxin can cause food poison that mushroom. The people who work there who I known for years seem nice; however, yes I will admit there are some attitudes aura flowing around there that I can tell those ladies face when it comes facing new customers. I know there are some staff/worker who know customers for years (like myself) and they do have fun chit-chat for 5 minutes. It's normal only if you know the customers for years. I will still give them a chance if they act properly. And lastly why I give this 3 stars. I will say bad stuff first. It looks too spacious and the seat/table seem bit old. The drive-thru is horrible for me. Like what is the real point? I had a horrible experience waiting line when the car behind me was honking with rage. The good stuff is... the service here is GOOD and the price is CHEAP. If you want a real taste hot and fresh food that cook for you. Go and say "combination fried rice $7.99" includes side order with crab rangoon (2 for $1). I would most definitely recommend it. I would still come back here most...

When it comes to Chinese food all I want is egg rolls and fried rice with either beef in shrimp in the rice. I should've known something was wrong because if the food was FRESH it would've taken some time to get it out to me. But I got the food in less than 3 minutes. I get home with my g-baby and the egg rolls were over cooked and dark and it was regular fried rice. I called up there to twice to complain and got no answer. I drove back with the food untouched and the same lady came out and wanted to ARGUE with me about what I ordered and she was adamant about not making the order right so I asked her for a refund and gave her back the food that was untouched. I asked her how much was the BEEF fried rice and she told me the total and charged me for the Beef fried rice. The order came out and I asked about my egg rolls because they were in the bag that I handed back to them with the food. Then she wanted to argue with me about that. Like ma'am give me my damn egg rolls, well I have to charge you for that gave another lady my card to pay for it again after the 1st lady wanted to stand there and argue with me again about some damn egg rolls. I said all of that to say this PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT THE 1ST TIME AND WON'T ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT IT. The least they could've done was compensate me for wasting my gas, time and energy for their...
Read moreI ordered the Kung Pao chicken & General Tsoa chicken. While the food portions are a good value the General Tsoa chicken was inedible and had a very tough consistency. As if it was fried for too long before it was doused in the sauce it sits in OR it's been sitting there for too long underneath the heating lamps. When I asked to get more of the other entree I had, I was told,"there's no exchange, no refunds." Followed by I needed to have samples it before I ordered. Why? I know what I'm ordering & I've eaten these two entree's before. I had to ask 3 times before asking for a manager because I want them to taste what they're serving & refusing to give a choice of something or refund. Never have I heard of a food establishment having a "No Refund, No exchange" policy on food. After asking for manger I was then given Kung Pao chicken. No apology. Won't be returning & I'll be sharing my review on social media. As a business owner myself, I can honestly say this is poor customer service. I obviously tipped the staff prematurely. My advice to the public : SAMPLE before you pay. Avoid anything battered. And yes, "es mas duro!" Even after the cook asked in Spanish what was wrong, the cashier explained, he tasted it & it stayed on the line. If they rather value saving money than returning & loyal customers, then so be it. I won't fund your I'll business...
