WOW... Franchise owner of this location is not going to make it and will definately struggle if she doesn't realise she has no business being up front anywhere around customers. My son loves alvacado toast and we ordered one and he bit in to it and asked if it was sour or spoiled so i took a bite and regreted swallowing it instead of spitting it out. It had alot of lime or lemon in it but thats not what we taisted so went back to switch it out. When I asked to switch it out the Franchise Owner was in the drive through area and got insulted and angry when I said it taisted sour can I switch it out. They said it was lime alvacado and I explained it wasn't the lime I was taisting. Then starts to argue saying she just made it and your tellimg me my foods bad im a very megative combatative way. After her attitude i was concered maybe i should skip breakfast and said never mind keeo it, thank you though. As im driving off she said "Bye Bye" in a very ugly get out of here tone as I drove off. I was thinking "Um No" that doesnt work, so drive around for a refund and asked to speak to Manager and the girl told me that was the owner. Reinbursed me $3.59 when I paid $4 something plus tax, but wasn't given a receipt the first time. Hospitality business is not for this lady. The employees were very friendly but she needs to stay im the back. We spend about $40 plus a week there and not the best food but liked the coffee. Never again! Check ur receipts amd stay away from the alvavado toast, it taiste like pureed alvacado spoiled baby food. I'll be calling the Franchise to inform them they should put her through the customer service training program a few more times or put a leash on her. Will be posting my experience on the next door app because we live avross the street. And a good "Bye Bye" to...
Read moreNot sure who hired the blonde haired young lady who work the night shift on 7/1. But my family's experience, there was horrible. I agree with Rachel Diazo, if I could leave one star I would. Upon arriving to this location at approximately 8:24, we were told that the facility closes at nine o'clock, and they had already thrown away all the donuts. Mind you this location closes at 9pm. So we decided to order the drinks that were being advertised not only on the board to take your order. But on the door of the facility as well. After ordering the drinks this young lady. Once again states, we don't have those drinks not sure were you're getting that from, but we don't make those. Although we are looking at it on the order board as well as on the door of the facility and have seen the commercial advertising the drink? Which prompted our visit. Reluctantly, she decides to make some concoctions for us, which was full of Tajin mind you, and nothing that we ordered. Then proceeded to give them to us as if this is what we ordered. After working a 12 hour shift, it was not worth arguing with this Young lady about the concoctions, she choice for us, so we decided to leave. Which is why we are leaving this scathing review. I feel that 820 is more than enough time to be able to arrive and still get donut holes as well as a drink, that is being nationally advertised. Management needs to offer this young employee Additional training are put her on a shift that is more feasible for her attitude. We will never return to...
Read moreNormally I enjoy my visit to this location. Yesterday was the first time I ever had semi-dry munchkins freshly purchased even if they were later in the day. Yes, I prefer cake donuts, they last longer in this climate without the glaze basically melting away and ending up with soggy donuts on day two. I don't know if it was because they were extra busy because of the free coffee day and had sold out of and they baked them different or cooked them the day before but they tasted like day old. I hate coffee always have, always will. That being said I was surprised to see they now have Chai Latte listed under tea, which I love so I ordered one. I don't know if it had coffee in it or what was in since yes I have seen other places make chai latte coffee. Either way, while the size was much larger than I would have gotten at Starbucks and cheaper if it was Chai Latte tea there is no way on earth you can get me to try another. That was horrible, my husband who does like coffee agreed. So, unfortunately due to it being free coffee day I got stuck in the drive thru line for twenty minutes and other than the friendly service my trip was a bust. I went ahead and have them three stars because this has been a one off. If I go back and things are different the next time I will...
