i normally donât leave reviews. so i love dutch bros. i always love the atmosphere and its my favorite coffee place been going to dutch for almost 2 years now and I love the people that they hire. They are very friendly, but I decided to try this location because it is closer to me, and the cashier was extremely standoffish. Itâs my birthday today, and I wanted to get my birthday drink. I couldnât figure out how to put it on the app because I just received an email. I never got a notification from the app and she was like do you have it on your app and I said, Iâm not entirely sure how to bring it up, can you explain and she just stared at me blankly and said well. I canât help you, unless you put it on your app, and she said it in a very sarcastic tone. Just overall kind of ruined the atmosphere that I love about Dutch Brothers, so I was very disappointed in that, especially since you know itâs my birthday. It was a light skin Girl with some brown/black and blonde Boho, braids (didnât catch her name so giving description) just overall kind of had an attitude for no reason and it made me super bummed wonât be returning to this location, my coffee was also made wrong but i didnât want to cause any hassle after already receiving the attitude so...
   Read moreIt's quite apparent that the outstanding leadership of Emma, Dee and Natalie are now missing. The lack of customer service and quality of the other employees' work is sadly SO evident. I do understand that tonight's workers were overwhelmed by a stretch limo with about 20 orders at once. However, after waiting over 20 minutes for my preorder, the young man actually palmed the top of my cup with his bare hand and began to fill the cup to create my pre order. Had I not said anything he would have served me with a contaminated cup. DISGUSTING! He looked me in the eye and flat out lied to me, stating that he was going to throw it away. But he had filled the cup halfway by the time that I said something. When he finally finished my order, he sat it on the counter and walked away. Mind you I am still waiting in the drive thru line with 3 more customers behind me. No apology, nothing. I feel that he did that out of spite because I called him on his unsanitary ways. I told him that I was disappointed in his terrible customer service. Still nothing, unfazed by my comment....
   Read moreHey there, on November 5th we had 2 mobile orders placed for walk up. Me and my daughter had waited 15 minutes before even receiving the first item with no cars or others waiting⊠then another 10-15 minutes for the second order of that simply being a lemonade. While seeing the two ladies inside the shop not attending towards our drinks, eventually the extra shop of sour shot was not applied to the lemonade we had purchased. Brought it to the attention of the workers, with the only solution coming to a lady simply pouring an excessive amount of the sour shot inside of a separate small sized cup and handing in to me to have it done myself instead of any assistance. Along with the horrible inefficient time with no customers and very rude customer service, I donât foresee myself or family coming back to this shop in any manner.
