This was easily the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We sat down for about 20 minutes before anyone even brought us a menu. After about another 30 minutes someone came and took our order. We sat and waited and waited and waited. No drinks, no hookah, no nothing. Just sitting there even though we had ordered everything a long time ago. We had to flag the waitress down to ask where our order was. She brought the drinks about ten minutes later. Just dropped them quickly and left. More waiting. When she brought our food, she brought no napkins, and we were still waiting on our second drink. My fiancé had asked for an extra shot for his margarita, and by the time we were able to flag her down again and wait another 20 minutes, she finally brought his shot, but his frozen margarita was now just liquid. I had ordered an espresso martini, but was brought a chocolate martini instead. The hookah came out after the food. I had to stop eating halfway through because I ran out of ketchup and had no napkins. Plus my drink was wrong so I was thirsty. When I finally got ahold of the waitress, she insisted that it was an espresso martini but she would have them make another one. The bartender ended up coming over and saying she didn’t even have the ingredients for an espresso martini. Mistake after mistake with nothing but a flimsy apology. We spent the majority of our night waiting. And of course we were hit with gratuity, which is probably why the waitress didn’t care about serving us properly. I’ve never experienced service this horrible, and I won’t be patronizing this...
