Hello, If I could give this Starbucks ZERO stars I would. I have frequented this Starbucks for 5 years, and have recently started driving further to another Starbucks because their service is HORRIBLE. I started going to a different Starbucks because everyone I go there there are new people working who always get the drinks WRONG. Today I visit because i didn’t want to drive to the other Starbucks (i really should’ve taken the drive), and my drink is made incorrectly. No problem. I park and take the drink back in to have it remade, and the employee refuses to remake the drink because she says it’s made correctly. Her manager tries to show her the paper with the specifications of how it should be made and she still refused to remake the drink. I told her ma’am I’ve been drinking this drink for 5 years (it’s the ONLY thing I drink at Starbucks) and it not made correctly. She then proceeds to tell me the only thing she do is pour the same drink into another cup and blend it more. I told her no because this drink isn’t supposed to be that thick. Finally, because no one (including her MANAGER) could get her to remake the drink I said it was fine just refund me my money. This was RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Read moreI’ve given this location so many tries… like daily. It’s come to a point where it’s just terribly poor customer service and experience. I consistently get cold coffee, cups full of milk rather than balanced with coffee. I often have to pull up and park to request a drink to be given to me properly ( no one wants cold coffee) and they seem to forget I’m waiting for my drinks. I was recently burned by getting boiling hot coffee after kindly asking that my cold coffee is replaced. I’m often given a cold brew rather than nitro. Also, the nitro machine was broken FOREVER (think McDonald’s ice cream) and recently fixed for about a week now. That would be great if I actually received a proper nitro cold brew. Everyone who works there seems to be kind but just maybe not properly trained or supported. I love coffee to start my day- specifically Starbucks. Read moreAs I’m paying for the latte, the cashier says next time get any size latte you want. I asked him, “why didn’t you say that before I redeemed my stars”. He said, “well at least you got a free drink”. Then I said, “But I told you I was redeeming stars at the drive through speaker before I even pulled up to the window and before I handed you my phone to scan and pay so why tell me that one second after you redeem the stars.” This confusion was an attempt to ruin my day but it’s all good. I hope he never does that again. And I wish I had of known because I had to spend almost $100 just to get one free latte and on top of that it was a small and I could have gotten a large.
