I created a curbside order and when I arrived I called their phone number per the curbside order sign. I called 5 times after waiting 20 mintutes. Each time I called there was a busy line. I was forced to go inside since my order was prepaid and I wanted to see what was the issue with them not answering their phone. There were 4 staff members for the night shift of (11/2/2020). None of the 4 staff members were at the front entrance! Also there was not many customers during this shift. As I am waiting for someone to come, I realized they had their phone "purposely" off their phone receiver. I put the phone back one the receiver and called their phone number. This time busy line and their phone was ringing. Finally one of the four staff members came to the front entrance. It was a tall skinny dude and he ask me "what did I want". I told him I had a curbside order under my name. He went to the back and as I am about to grab the food he states to me, "wait I don't know if this order is for you because there isn't a ticket attach to it." He then proceeded to ask me what my order was. I told him what my order was and then he looked and he said, "I guess this is your order." I should not have to put their phone back on the receiver just so that someone can assist me nor should I have to be told that they are not sure if the bag they present is my order or not. Terrible service and they again purposely have their phone off their receiver at night. What is the point of a curbside order at your location? Extremely terrible service. Never...
Read moreThis location was not great at all. So many negatives and i normally only post positive reviews. It was a wait which i didnt mind but the 2 guys at the hostess booth were goofing around and one of them on the mic you could barely understand. They took down everyone's number but they never called or texted anyone that their table was ready. When we were seated we were placed in a section right outside of the food prep and pos register so it was kind of busy. But that wasn't even the annoying part it was the blinking overhead ceiling lights. You couldn't even concentrate on the menu it was so distracting. When our food arrived it was room temperature. The butter didnt even melt on the pancakes, hashbrowns and eggs cold. We didnt want to send them back and get the good ole spit special for complaining so we just ate it. Even the coffee tasted watered down. We eat at ihop often and different locations and this was not the normal standard for ihop. When we were done and after receiving the bill the server never came back like he said. We had to walk to the front counter to pay. I didnt want to but i left a tip even though his service and the food sucked. Really...
Read moreI avoid IHOP (& Denny's) at any cost because no matter where in the country I've visited one of those places I get awful service. The food is usually good but the service is usually lousy. However, I'm not being sarcastic when I say, this is the only IHOP I've ever been to that gave me top notch service. Everyone was so attentive without being annoying. A small mess up on our order was quickly & graciously corrected. The place was clean & orderly & the wait staff seemed confident in their tasks. They didn't look flustered, or overworked & were just on top of things. This visit to this IHOP was the best experience I've ever had at an IHOP. I've always liked the food - we had breakfast, it was yummy. But the service I would get always made me hesitant to go back. This was my 85 year old mom's choice & let me tell you, she is one picky lady! Lol. She really loved the food & she really enjoyed the visit. This will be the only IHOP I will ever visit. I hope this...
