Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Houston at Hwy 6 — Hotel in Jersey Village

Didn’t even stay any of the days I paid for, rooms were disgusting with dead bugs, sticky spill spots, unclean sheets and pillow cases, holes in walls, dirty walls, unswept floors, and trash all outside of rooms and staircases. When 1st arrived and checked in I’ll, I left my bag in the car and went to the 1st room I was given and saw how dirty it was I immediately went back to the desk to ask how often rooms were cleaned and describing how my room looked and showing them pictures, they replied by saying rooms are cleaned everyday after check out and explained that it didn’t look like the room had been cleaned at all only that sheets and pillowcases were replaced and even those are dirty l. The representative responded by asking me if I didn’t want room service and when I asked what she meant she asked me if I DIDNT want the room cleaned even after what I told her about it and I told her she could go check it for herself and see if she considered the room to be cleaned. It took 10 minutes from the time I got there and checked in to walkthrough the room and be given a new room that was also dirty )dirty sheets, toilet paper inside the peep hole, a dead fly, hair and food crumbs). My dad also made his own reservation for 2 queen bed and his sheets had what looked like a couples “wet spot” and that it stained the blanket as well as trash and dried food on the floor, he also got a key for a different room (4th room looked at within 20 minutes of arriving) only to have that one be dirty as well. I didn’t stay a single night and called for a refund, my dad stayed that night because of how tired he was but asked for the remaining days to be refunded and booked a different hotel...

OMG! I recently moved back to my hometown, and saying that I still wanting something comfortable. There are many suites in the area that I am familiar with, but they were hidden and definitely still stood out!!! I went in, and he was immediately was ready to assist me with all the prices as I asked from kitchenette to weekly stay with no hesitation. If you are from HOUSTON you understand the beauty of this customer service. The rooms were extremely spacious, and SOOOO clean like I was walking on the floor and put the slippers aside. Housekeeping are a treat and super sweet. The designs and decoration, the silence and space between rooms are very much noticeable. I had to go due to moving, but OMG I will be back lol I will find a reason. (: I truly needed that stay. I would recommend this for anyone who lives life on the road (musician/ truck drivers) or even if you just need a breather from a bad situation. The beds...

The room and property were nice FOR THE PRICE but the staff in the front DESPERATELY NEED A CLASS ON PROPER ETIQUETTE.

• 1st with the assumption I WAS A CHILD WHILE I AM IN FACT OVER 30 YEARS OLD with a undertone of RACISM .

• 2nd Called the cops over a policy they would not explain( does not exist ) and blatantly LIED and assumed there were unaccompanied minors on the property ( again I’m over 30 years old )

Instead of bothering to verify there wasn’t an adult present they threatened to kick us out and called the police at 2 am.

When everything was resolved through the police who found the whole ordeal to be a WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY , they didn’t even offer an apology but did say they would ban us.
