Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

Tisk tisk this is my third red flag with this store get this first the last time I place a complaint under (Michael Medrano)the regular store employee I placed the complaint on called me pretending to be the store manager and asking me questions like she was the investigator? You better not think of doing that again!! But this time lol the Asian cashier stole the money right from unders Jack in the box , I know because this is an old trick I used once before. I ordered tacos . I get to the window he said I had the number 15, said no and told him 4 tacos he said ohh!! Didnt give me an amount just took my 5 grabbed the tacos and pulled out a wad of one from his pocket. He tried to give me $2.25 back which I then confronted him and told him ( give me 3 ) he looked shocked and said what! I told him give me 3 I saw what you did, your stealing either you give me three or the receipt with your managers contact info. He them reach into his pocket and handed me another dollar. Great job Jack in the box. Yall really need to check your employees I swear religiously every time I visit this location something sadly shaddy is going on. I miss...

Stay away from this Jack in the Box, the employees dont care about their customers. The first time I went to this location my food was cold and the girl at the window was very unprofessional like i was taking her time away from i guess tiktok. The second time i ordered online and when i came for my food the same girl told they were out of the drink i ordered so i nicely told I take something else well got back to my job to enjoy my lunch but unfortunately the food wasn’t enjoyable, the chicken patty on my sandwich looked like they had dropped back in the oil or something but it look bad so i didn’t finish it and my fries were all over the bag, my tacos were cold to the touch and the drink tasted like she mixed something up. That evening i got sick and my doctor told me that it was food poisoning, that was the only thing i had for lunch so I never going back to this jack and i recommend anyone to go somewhere else unless you wanna end up very sick for 2 days. That lunch ended up costing me $120 doctor...

Well thought I would stop to grab a bite to eat on the way home from having a good time with the kiddos I went through the drive through told the lady my order very simple 3 burgers 1 with no lettuce no tomatoes and no onions 1 cokes sandwich and 1 egg roll 1 fry that’s it after paying I was told to pull up to the front for them to bring out the food I did not a prob sometimes this happens we waited for our food about 10 to 15 mins already regretted stopping at this point but hey it’s what the kiddos wanted and then they bring out half the order luckily checked the bag we waited for some of my food they forgot again and then said o well we didn’t charge for those items which the could have said d I would have been happy to do since all this was explained the first and 2 nd time now so I said forget it at this point most of my kiddos ate and I had to get back in time and didn’t have any more time to wait not to mention the egg roll was still cold in...
