I just spent $69.75 via the Jack in the Box and this store 3955 has no order for me. As a Web developer. I’m no idiot. I know that it can happen and it can get lost in transit. But the store has been extremely rude and claims that they do not have my order. I ordered at 11:11 A.M. today and I have yet to received my order. So I guess I’m going to have to fight my bank like the Manager told me to yet it’s ridiculous because I have hungry children and elderly here. For them to basically tell me I’m screwed in a not so nice way is poor management at this location. I should not have to fight to get my money back. The store should make it correct? Or at least that app should have a phone number so you can get in contact with them. Not an email that tells you they have high volume and you can expect delays, but here’s the deal in today’s society if that was my last bit of money. What if I didn’t have the convenience of being able to order my family another meal places like this their apps, DOORDASH. It’s all a scam. They’re taking our money, and I am definitely jumping on the DOORDASH lawsuit. Might want to check that out y’all. Sad to say this will be last visit or order from this location because DoorDash doesn’t refund for food you don’t receive and lately this stores food has been rather disappointing. I have 3 other orders I’ll list here later with pics of proof of all the food orders that have been messed up with no compensation. Read moreMy husband and I don't come here often, maybe once a year or so when a craving hits. However, we've been coming here for over 20 years. Yesterday evening will be the last time. Service in the drive-thru was incredibly slow. The order-taker could not seem to understand us, and it was very difficult to understand them. It took about 30 minutes for 4 cars to get through the line. When we finally got our food home, parts were awful. The tiny tacos were OK, but the "sauced and loaded" was overdone to the point I was fishing wet tacos out of a sea of sauce and limp lettuce shreds. The fries were cold but pretty good once they went through the microwave when we got home. My sourdough Jack, on the other had, was a total failure, with the bread being hard as a rock in parts and a tomato that was disintegrating into mush and needed to be scraped off with a knife. I could not eat parts of it since the bread was so hard. My husband also could not eat all of his burger, and felt nauseous the rest of the evening. They were also out of onion rings. Read moreUpdate Sunday 02/21/21 Went through the drive-thru and place my order for their $ 5.99 Triple Bonus Jack Combo which comes with Burger, Curly Fries, & Drink, and I also ordered 3 Jalapeno Poppers, then the attendant advises me their were not currently selling beverages because of the boil water band, which had actually had been lifted early that day. Which brings me to believe were they trying to upcharge their customers because they offered me a vanilla/cholate shake in lew of the soft drink. I declined any drink which they discounted $ 0.50 of my bill. Subsequently after paying for my order at the 1st window, I proceeded to the 2nd window I was asked if I wanted any condiments which I replied yes I'd like a packet of Buttermilk Sauce for my Popper which I was told were out of Buttermilk Dipping Sauce, which a replied....if I would of known you were out of Dipping Sauce I won't of ordered Poppers. Needless to say I was disappointed with Jack in the Box.
