Visited here on Monday 9/2/19 at lunch time, what a disaster! It seems they were understaffed. The people in drive thru were working fairly quick, but I went inside thinking it would be faster and that was a mistake. I ordered a 20 piece of boneless wings and three sides. No boneless wings ready, none were battered and cooking neither. It took 15 minutes to get my order, people waiting for their orders were becoming very angry and in that 15 minutes, I saw three customers come back with complaints that their orders were wrong, two were dine in and one drive thru. The girl at the register didn't seem like she really cared about her job and wasn't doing anything extra to get things done any faster. Restaurant full of people waiting for their orders, not enough food ready for any of those orders, and long waits. Not a good combination. On the plus side, why I gave three stars instead of one, when I FINALLY did get my order, it was fresh, hot, and correct. Kind of hard to screw up what is basically chicken nuggets. Read moreThis location, at Morton and Fry Road, in Katy, TX is the worst location in the area. Last night I ordered a 5-piece chicken finger meal and a small french fry. My total was not provided at the speaker. When I arrived at the window the guy standing there just stuck out his hand waiting for my payment, he never said a word. The payment was processed and I was handed a bag with what I presumed was my food. I then asked for a few packets of BBQ sauce and honey mustard. The same silent guy rolled his eyes and handed me one of each. At this point I was tired of dealing with Mr. Mime and went on my way. When I arrived home I discovered that I had received someone else’s order and was charged more than twice what my order should have costs. Read moreFirst time ordering from this location, line was long in the drive thru but realized it was the release of the chicken sandwich so no big deal until we got to the window to get our food. Keep in mind we waited in line for about an hour and a half... there were 5-6 employees goofing around, laughing, grouping up and standing talking to each other all in-front of customers while you have a super long line and customers waiting for a long period of time. As a GM myself of a store this was irritating. I’m not sure how this store is run but it’s not really okay for customers to see goofing around after waiting in line forever.
