Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Texas

Hello everyone today was actually my first time having jersey mikes subs and it was an amazing experience at one of my 2 jobs I received a coupon from one of the members of company that stated free sub at select locations and it had the numbers of the stores. Unfortunately this location wasn’t one of the stores but the manager was super kind and helpful. I came in and asked “hey is it possible for me to use this coupon here”, and he told me it isn’t redeemable here but he will take care of me just let me know which sandwich you’d like. So after selecting my food I had just remembered that I had received multiple coupons I have like 6 and I had given one to my boss. After that I asked the manager I told him I had given one of those coupons to my boss. I asked him is it ok if I pay for this meal and my boss will come for his lunch will you be able to redeem his instead of giving me free food? This is where he made my day he said don’t worry both you guys just gonna get free subs like the coupons state. Which made my experience amazing also the young lady making the sandwich was amazing because it was my first time there and I asked what would she recommend long story short she knows what she is doing the sandwich i are was so good I forgot the name!!! The restaurant mgr, Thomas, was absolutely amazing! His leadership was top notch as I went in during the lunch rush hour with a long customer line of at least 10 people deep and he made sure to greet everyone that walked in and reassured them the line will move quickly. He handled my large family order with ease and had such a nice attitude. Unfortunately, the cashier made a mistake, which, to my surprise, Thomas overheard, considering he was slicing the meat and addressed my issue immediately. Although he was tied up handling the cold cuts, he seemed to be alert on all the moving pieces within the restaurant as he was also traininga new employee handling the veggies. What could have easily felt like a stressful environment, Thomas single handedly made sure all ran smoothly which made it a pleasant experience for all the customers. My order entire order delicious. My bff (who is extremely pregnant and on bed rest) begged me to stop n get her craving of Jersey Mike's when I got off from work. It was within my route so I didn't mind. I called them at 8:25pm expecting to pull up 10 minutes later. I used that 10 minutes calling 4 times only to get there at 8:35pm to see them closed. Everything online says they're open until 9pm as well as the signs on the door. I thought they had an off day but no I started making sure I looked to see if they were open every day home from work n sure enough 4 out of 5 week days they would be all locked up before 9. I will go out of my way to go to a different JM now.

Edit I contacted the marketing director, J Foster just wanting clarification on the actual business hours of the store and suggested they be accurate online. He responded quickly and rectified all of my concerns very professionally. This location has outstanding...
