This shop produces the best tofu in the city, which is pretty impressive because there are a lot of Asians, and tofu shops in the city. Their tofu is medium firm, but smooth and full all the way through. It isn't crumbly and slices very nicely, making it great for most uses. Their tofu is also usually more affordable than those you'll find in a grocery store. Better price, better product, what's not to love?
This shop also carries a variety of Viet snacks, meals, and ingredients, so it is a great stop any time I'm in the area. Their soymilk in particular is very good, as it much thicker and richer than most other shops make.
Service is fine, the staff will get you rung up and bagged swiftly.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the most unwelcoming places Iāve ever stepped into. My cousins and I were given a dirty look the moment we walked into the store. We ignored it and browsed around to see a poor selection of old fried food smelling of old oil. Since we were already there we decided to get a cup of their dessert from the fridge. We were given a dirty look even as we walked to the registers; one register was attended by an elder lady and the other was by a younger gentleman who was on his phone the entire time. I had to speak up for either of them to be of any use. After paying and trying the dessert, we learned it had already gone bad! The milk was spoiled. I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE. Donāt let the high ratings fool you like it did meā avoid it and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMAKE SURE YOU READ THE INGREDIENTS FOR TOFU BECAUSE SOME CONTAIN MEAT!!!!!!!!!! This is a nice simple place where you can easily find food that you want to eat. It's very vegetarian friendly but make sure you read the ingredients. (I'm pescatarian [vegetarian with ONLY fish] and I almost selected a tofu that contain pork!!!) The food tastes great is handmade from scratch by what I know of. Price is reasonably cheap (8 1x1x2 fried tofu for $1.75 as of Aug 2018), but taste is superb. Other foods they offer are Vietnamese foods such as banh tieu, che, chau, etc.
I would definitely recommend the "tau hu nuoc duong" which is hot tofu with ginger/honey sauce (a dessert). It's very warm, sweet, and...
