Deceptive, fraudulent and cheaters. Went to buy a brand new phone, but the customer rep by name Joel lured me to buy a new watch and said its free with new phone purchase. He didn't explain anything about the line cancellation charges, about the contract, in fact suggested me to come back after 2 months to have the watch service line removed so that I will get the watch absolutely free and rushed me to sign the contract. When I asked Joel what is the promotion in the store, he just said it is free watch promotion since I am buying a new phone and If I can keep the service line active for min 2 months, after which I can remove the service line to get the watch totally free. After 2 months as he suggested, when I am trying to cancel the watch service line, T mobile is charging for cost price of the watch if I remove the watch service line which the store rep didn't ever notify me in the first place. They don't have the flyer/promotion description in the store. He convinced me that I don't need to use their service and get the watch free by using my Bluetooth at the time of purchase. My bad is that I trusted them 100%.
After 2 months realized that the actual promotion was that I get watch free for buying a new phone but they will charge service costs 15$ every month for 24 months and if I break the service line I will have to pay for the watch price of 350$ but the rep purposely concealed the information at the time of purchase that T mobile will charge me for the watch if I remove the watch line. He just told that I can remove the line anytime after 2 months without paying extra charges. Talked to Manager Minh about this issue and he too couldn't help me in this regard and was supporting his employee- nothing unexpected!! Now I cannot return the watch nor cancel the watch charge of 350$ since its passed the 14 day return period. They knew that nothing can be done after 2 months which is why JOEL asked me to come after 2 months. 350$ RIP OFF! The store is already going low on sales I guess as I couldn't find any customers in store, which is why they are adopting such cheap tricks. I feel they are trying steal whoever comes to their store!
Guys please BE CAREFUL with this store, they hide complete information in an attempt to make their business. Escalated issue with T mobile. Store guys please dont do such cheap business and cheat people. You are also aware that nobody has the time to read the financial agreement and we lay our trust in you and in-return you deceive people for your benefits!! The money earned from cheating will be eventually lost as KARMA repeats!! Everyone going to this store watch out what they say and don't believe them because they hide information or tell you lies to lure you to purchase from them. If my review can save at least one person I would be happy. I wonder how these people live around cheating anyone or even personify themselves. I request God to save them from their sins. Read moreI strongly recommend going to 11160 Northwest Freeway Ste 100. .I came to this Tmobile store because it is close to where i live and the the Tmobile internet support recommend to pick up a replacement for my 5g gateway. The rep Ozzy was rude on the initial approach and seemed he was forced to help me. I strongly believe that Ozzy and his manager do not have the creditably of being Tmobile 5g Gateway tech experts.. Regardless of whether my 5g Gateway looked intentionally damaged (which according to their combination of intelligence was reason why it wasn't working) or not. Exchange worthy or not, because there is no protection policy i was to have left (exchange worthy or not) because of the work and hours spent on the phone and the notes Gateway tech support documented on my account i should have left with a brand new Tmobile Gateway. The 5g Tmobile Gateway didn't have a protection policy that is why I should have left with a brand new one. Either way they were both unprofessional. I called tech support back and I went to 11160 Northwest Freeway Ste 100. Tmobile internet tech emailed me the return label. This branch is extremely busy and i admire every employee for maintaining professionalism and doing their best to acknowledge every customer and maintain order. I was in the process of buying a car and I needed a statement although i just made a payment on the account the same day. The rep did everything he could to get me proof. Overall i was able to complete my purchase. Had i not been in process of buying a car i would've used my jump feature and upgraded my phone. I did leave feedback for T Mobile corporate to establish the ability for representatives to print or email detailed receipts with addresses and name for customers so they never have to deal with the burden. I wish i would've got his name his efforts were not done in vain and bc if him i was able to purchase my vehicle. XO.
