I typically go to this little Caesars being that I’ve always had decent experience. The visit I had recently was just horrible from the moment walking into the facility. You already knew this ain’t gonna be a good visit. I don’t know if they had a new crew because I normally see The same workers but some of the ones that were there I have not seen. I hope they were just filling in because if they are there permanently, I’m most likely call me back locked in, there are five people waiting the entire crew which was way much more than three and four people Were cleaning and picking up with pizza boxes in the wrapping all on the table where they’re supposed to pack the pieces and just staring at us about 5 to 6 minutes ago by then someone comes up to the front. She has a straight face goes onto the computer for about two minutes. Doesn’t acknowledge anybody then when she does, she has a snarky tone and bothered look on her face. When it came to my turn, I was ordering my pizza. I asked her a simple question. Do you guys still do sausage on your pizza? A very simple yes or no question she looks at me yes but that pizza is seven dollars. I didn’t ask how much the pizza was. I was asking if they had sausage because last time they did not. However, based on the sausage that was put on the pizza, they could’ve kept that. Eight little bitty sausages on a However, based on the sausage that was put on the pizza, they could’ve kept that. Eight little bitty sausages on an entire pizza is not a sausage pizza. now it comes to the quality of the pizza that I got well y’all can look at the photos. Horrible. I really hope they are not the permanent crew and they...
Read moreThe staff deserves five stars. They carry a huge load. However, this place is understaffed. I understand watching labor, but this location does enough business that it can afford to staff accordingly.
I have stopped going to this location on Fridays and Saturdays because even though I would order online for a 6:30 pickup, it was never ready until well after 7:30. I ordered today (Sunday) for 5:30 and it was ready by 5:15, which was earlier than I could get there, so already beginning to cool down.
Once there, the line backed out the door. The pizza was to be picked up at the counter instead of the portal. Not wanting to wait through the massive line to pick up pizza that was already ready, I went to the front and stood to the left of the line next to the portal to signal that I was there for a pickup. The problem is that there is nobody there who can stop what they are doing long enough to get my order. Finally, I had to interrupt the cashier, who was already working his butt off knee-deep in orders. He was doing an outstanding job, and I was not irritated with him or any of the other staff.
As a manager in the F&B business, I try not to judge these things, and I rarely write anything other than positive reviews. This, however, is something that I see often at this establishment. If every staff member is working, yet there is nobody to lend an extra hand where needed, there is an issue. This is a staffing issue and it needs to be addressed. The team members...
Read moreI ordered pizza at about 4 o'clock on new years eve, and I figured they were going to be busy and nothing is going to be perfectly made. But when I grabbed my pizza from the portal and walked to my car to check how it came out, my pizza was folded partially in half. I tried to peel it back but it was all stuck together. So I went back inside and I apologized for the bother and showed them the pizza, and this woman who works there, says "Well if there's nothing actually wrong with the pizza then we don't really need to remake it. It's like if you fold a piece of paper, you can unfold it." And I then responded with "I understand that but if you peel the pizza back proceed to show her then all the ingredients is on the other side of the pizza and the other half is just torn bread". She looked frustrated so I apologized again and said I can wait as long as it takes because I know there's more orders ahead of mine. And she just stood there staring at me and the folded pizza. Fortunately her other coworker just said "We'll make you a new one". He came back with the pizza I ordered, and it was perfectly made. Maybe I'm just being picky, but who would be okie with that? It's like if you ordered a sandwich and you look in the bag and all the ingredients fell out in the bag, yeah you have the food to make it, but why go...
