Subway — Restaurant in Texas

This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten from an establishment. Lisa is by far has the worst customer service . I wanted a veggie salad told her extra lettuce and spinach she wants to argue with me about what goes on MY veggie bowl and kept arguing with me. He customer service is horrible and does not need to be working in this field with that attitude. When I called to report problem to manager she answered the phone I asked for manager she tells me they are busy I then say May I speak with her please she throws the phone down and yells I don’t know I don’t know . I will never return to this establishment and if it closes it wouldn’t shock me . It has 3 star reviews smh if I could have put a 0 as a star...

The manager is not professional at all. She was ready to lose a sale over american cheese, when the sweet lady that was working says, we have American cheese and goes to back to get it. Ok, now I get my sandwich, order a large Dr pepper, flattttt, tell the "manager" (how she got this title, we will never know)😳 she says no its good, i say no ma'am its flat, she walks around pushes couple times, its good now. I couldn't believe this Subway. I got there as I was looking at the menu the lady behind the counter says there's no more meatball, no more chicken, no more some other things which was meat that she didn't have and I couldn't believe that Subway had all of the meat out and they was not closed they still had a lot of time before the restaurant actually closed. How are you going to have a restaurant inside of a Walmart and not order your food accordingly? And it's the holidays. I guess we can put this one on the general manager.
