Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I thought maybe... just maybe after the "remodel/renovation" I'd give it another chance and I did tonight and I CANT FEED MY KIDS RAW FOOD FOR THE THIRD TIME (1st since remodel) and here we go again. They are busy so they fail to care enough to make cooked pizzas and breadsticks for that much! Better customer service or attitudes from the staff? Nope. If I could upload the pics I thought I'd be able to attach with this review along with my date/time stamped receipt, anyone that read this wouldn't choose this "cheap and convenient" meal for their kids or for the needy/homeless. Its in the trash and went to HEB and got a rotisserie chicken and potatoes. I will slave over the kitchen for a week and feed places in need ten times and they wouldn't get sick. How is this even legal to keep happening? Who do I call? The FDA? Oh and one more thing, 40 minutes on a Thursday for a hot and ready w/breadsticks not even cooked. I think they broil the top to make the pepperoni cooked. The pictures of the raw dough and breadsticks are disgusting. How can I add them...

May be the worst overall Cesar’s on the planet. Service has never been anything short of awful and completely disorganized. I don’t know why I have tried several times to give them a shot and almost every time they fall short. This is over the course of three years and it’s habitually terrible. No leadership. Apathy with most of the staff and utter disorganization throughout would be putting it mildly. A regular pepperoni, regular cheese and crazy bread pre-ordered at 8:00 on a Tuesday and by 9:15 I still didn’t have a completed order. A grand total of 3 pizzas, 2crazy bread and one order of wings were all they could push out the door for other customers over 45min of me waiting. And there were 4 people ‘working’. Ownership and management should be ashamed. This is the norm. Not the exception. This franchise location is in desperate need of an overhaul change starting...

Horrific customer service. I have heard about situations like this but never experienced. I own several restaurants, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt to most restaurants, but hard to do that in this case. First, the clerk was in the back. He hollered, "I'll be with you in a minute" & kept us waiting until he finished what he was doing to come serve us. The lady in front of me ordered three hot n ready pizzas. The clerk only rung up two. They lade told him she wanted three. He told her, "That's not what you said." The lady explained that she wanted two pepperoni & one cheese. The clerk actually said to her a couple times, "Are you really going to argue with me." I told him to just ring up the pizzas. He walk off to the back & didn't come back out.
