We made a special order requesting extra sauce on the pizza. When we arrived home, the pizza not only did it not have extra sauce, it barely had any sauce at all! We called and the manager (Derek) told me to come back at anytime to get a pizza made correctly. I called to place my order for two days in a row and no one picked up. I didn’t go until last night when I had plenty of time to sit and wait there while they made it. When I got there, the girl at the front didn’t acknowledge I was there waiting patiently. Finally she came to me and I told her what had happened and what Derek said promised. She didn’t even say anything, she just left to the back and another guy came. I explained that to him as well and he went to the back and requested that they make the order. Then I hear all the employees (mainly one guy, cook/prep) saying something to the effect “so now we are giving out free pizzas?” Ummm, yes, sir! Because you can’t follow a simple request of making a pizza with extra sauce. So I got up and told him I have the pictures of the pizza I was given the previous time and the receipt that says it should’ve been with extra sauce. Most of the people working last night were so unprofessional! Not that I expect a 5 star treatment at a place like this but professionalism is shown no matter where you work if you have good work ethics! BTW-while we were waiting for the order to be made correctly, we called 3 times and each time the phone call was ignored! With some employees saying “I’m not going to answer” “it’s probably a prank call” I posted photos and a video of when we called. I can understand if they were short staff but I seen at least 6 employees just dancing and singing were they could have answer the call. I just can’t wrap my head around that I had my whole family call 2 days prior to me going up there to wait and for those 2 days we kept calling no one picked up the phone. Read moreI went in and ordered the pizza. I ordered everything on it except for ham and bacon. When I got my pizza went home. It was missing the items that I had asked for took it back. Totally young lady that my pizza was not right all was on there was just pepperoni pineapple And a few onions then it was a guy that came in and asked what was going on. I told him what was going on and he asked if I wanted the pizza reheated I told him no I needed a new Pizza well which I thought I got a new fresh pizza when I got home I had to feed my granddaughter, found out that the pizza Was the same pizza that I had brought back they just only added the ingredients that was not on the pizza. The pizza was soggy and cold. I found the complaint as of yet I have not heard from them. The complaint was filed October 15 of 2023 I ordered my pizza on October 6 of 2023 in the mouth of $22.73. Read moreAvoid this location and buy pizza anywhere else. Dropped into this location to pick up a couple of pizzas and some crazy bread. I now refuse to ever go back. While paying for my pizza there were two female workers in the back yelling at a co worker with every other word dropping the F word. Luckily no kids were in the restaurant. I loudly said “There are customers here” but the language continued. The nice kid behind the register was mortified with the language. I asked to speak with the manager. Ends up… the manager that came to speak to me was one of the two consistently cursing the F word very loudly. I asked if she was the person cursing and she said “It was either her or me”. I explained that it was not appropriate for a place of business with kids (several of whom had just barely came in). No apology, no ownership taken, no responsibility… only “I understand” with a few eye rolls. Sad that the example of cursing set by the manager is the norm and accepted in a place of business.
