So I work in the service industry I get some things are out of team members control but man I grew up going here and as of the last couple of years or so this location has gone down hill big time it's gotten so bad I prefer to go to the Tomball location which is like an extra 15 minutes from my house the workers just flat out don't wanna be there period it's actually crazy I called ahead 30 minutes before I got there and I still waited 30 minutes for my pizza (so a hole hr in total) I understand it's the first Sunday of the NFL season but man that's insane on top of that it was packed and u could tell everyone waiting had similar problems a guy next to me said he'd been waiting a whole hr for 1 pepperoni pizza that's wild also after I asked a second time how long my pizza would take the lady gave me a dirty look like I was being a prick or sum then when I finally got my food they didn't have my crazy bread then when I asked about it she rolled her eyes and said u didn't order that I just simply laughed and said how long for the crazy bread she said 10 minutes I went nah lol lemme just pay for my pizza the Texans game was about to start I ordered these pizzas over the phone at 2:00 the Texans game started at 3:25 it was like 3:10 by the time I got out of there in my opinion I'm not trynna advocate firing people cause today it's hard making money but I think this location is gotta do a lot of clean up get rid of these workers who obviously don't wanna work the only guy who was working had dreads and a fantastic 4 hat I wanted to tip him directly cause he was the only one working anyways have a blessed day and do better (also hell nah I didn't tip for that service and the dude nearest the waiting area was hitting his vape and walked in right when I did I was told he just randomly walked out to hit his vape...
Read moreUpdate: I tried this place again today and literally the same disorganized bunch. 45 mins after my order was placed, they couldn’t even find it after asking for my name 3-4 times while I waited. New rule in my house….never even whisper the name of this place. 8/10/21 - I ordered online yesterday at 7:40pm with estimated time to be ready by 8:05/8:10. I showed up at 8:00, there was a group of people outside and the inside was packed. At 8:20, I was asked what my order was and I told the gentleman behind the counter and he said all they were waiting for was the bread. I continued to wait patiently until the food came out at 8:40pm, an hour after the order. While I waited for my food, I saw pizza after pizza sitting on the back prep counters for long periods of time instead of going into the ovens to keep them warm. When I finally received my order (i guess it takes 20 minutes to make crazy bread), my pizza were cold. I politely asked for a refund, and then the staff began to give me attitude, not because my pizza was cold, but because they did the best they could. I was asked by the manager?/cashier if I ever worked there before, which I replied no and also told him I understood lots of businesses were understaffed, but leaving pizzas out to get cold while waiting for other parts of the order to be ready is not part of being understaffed.....that's just lazy. To that, his answer was, if you don't like the way we serve the food, don't come back. Funny...."hot and ready" turned into, "cold and wait". Long story short, I ordered from Dominos, have the food in 15 mins, and it was fresh and hot. Read moreDaughter ordered pizza online the night before because we had a large order for granddaughter's birthday party. I don't know if it was user error (highly likely LOL) or an issue with the website as she went through and ordered 6 cheese classic and 6 pepperoni classic to be picked up at 4PM on 2/9. Entered my cc# and all and finished the order. I showed up a little after 4PM and location and they didn't have it. I was a little ticked at first then called my daughter if she had an email confirming it, if she sent to the right location etc. Well come to find out it was user error ( go figure LOL) . She didn't confirm ANYTHING and my cc wasn't charged so it was NOT LC's fault They were very pleasant and helpful and said they could fix the pizzas in 15 min so I waited. It was more like 20-25 but no complaints on that at all since they accommodated this large order without notice.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is you can see in the back. They weren't wearing gloves to handle the food and apparently a pizza that was taken out of the pan just out of the oven (it wasn't one of mine) wasn't quite done yet. So they grabbed the hot pan they just took it out of that was already in the stack of pans that had been used and it fell onto the floor. They picked it up and put the pizza back in that pan. I'm pretty sure when something hits the floor you're not supposed to use it as the they kind of looked around to see if anyone was watching as they did it.
