Little Caesars — Restaurant in Texas

I love Little Caesar’s Pizza, but this location wait time is terrible. I waited in line for 15 mins waiting on someone to greet me. I called the number to verify the drive through was open. The cashier finally came my way and asked my order. He asked me to pull forward because another car was behind me. He told me to wait 10 mins and my order would be ready. I order one pepperoni pizza and half an hour goes by and it’s still not ready. The vehicles behind me got their order so I assume they placed an order online. I understand they are busy but after 45 mins, it was finally ready. The customer service is terrible. The first time I ever went to this location it was good, but that was when they first opened. This place really needs to find better workers because the teens they have working just don’t give a care about customer service. I hope they get it right. I’ll delete this review if the service...

I'll never go back. The boy that worked there was super rude and really for no reason. He told me to pull up and wait 15 min which was fine. I ask if I just needed to pull up and he said yes. I pull right in front of the doors and waited. While I waited I saw three boys walk in and just hanging out in the restaurant. It looked like the employee knew the boys. Long story short, I went inside 20 min later and ask for my pizza. The boy was sharp and acted like he never seen me before (which is comical). Then he proceeded to tell me that his job description isn't to take food to people's cars. 🙄 Kid, common courtesy would have been to waive me down (I'm right in front). Kids thinking they are entitled and it's really sad because he isn't going anywhere with that attitude. If your working customer service then WORK. Geez! Typical little...

This location is absolute garbage. Waited behind another car in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Never saw them greeted or anything much less get any food, Then suddenly they left, so I pulled up. Proceeded to wait for the next 15 minutes while the kid helped a minimum of 5 customers in the lobby without EVER ONCE looking my way or even acknowledging I was there. Finally after nearly 30 minutes of this nonsense I called out "is this drive-thru even open?!" Kid looks at me and just walks off to the back. A minute later different dude finally comes from the back and opens the window. I explain to him how long I have been waiting and no one has even spoken to me. I ask if they had any hot and ready pizza.... They did not and it would be a 30 minute wait!

Just dont go here.... EVER. Save yourself the trouble, no wonder they have a 3-star...
