Lush Café — Restaurant in Texas

This is one of the worst place in terms of food and service.Recently, went to chill out .Was waiting for some server to come and take our order after 10 minutes of waiting we had to call the server to come and take our order . Server name Khalil came with the menu and we order the food and a hookah. When we got the food it was so less in the quantity and the taste was pathetic for $13.95 . The food they serve was very less no doubt the photo looks good but such a less quantity. Another thing pissed me up is they charge 18% service fee for 2 people literally serve not even a water . Imagine how easy to make money without being given service and charge literally 18% overall . I know we gives tips based on our satisfaction but these people are literally charging 18% for a dine in without even serving a glass of water. Such a horrible experience . I won't be back again and won't recommend to anyone. I have the copy of the original receipt as an evidence . And when I posted on their FB page their backend team from Pakistan deleted the comments and blocked me as well using slang languages and when spoke to the Manager Sunny he stated that I spoke to my boss Ibrahum and he said that whatever you guys want to do you can do it... Stupid people don't know how to take care of the customers and want to run...

There are places that serves good food and have an excellent service, but sometimes due to uncontrollable situations the service or food is compromised. How does one recovers from a complaint is an art. This art is mastered by the owners and the managers of Lush Cafe.

I provided them my honest feedback (not a complaint) of the food and service I received, I was absolutely polite and equally polite or beyond were the managers Zain and Saeed (Tiger 🐅). They were absolutely apologetic and referred me to the owner who ensured that I come again and give them another chance to mend the service I wasn't happy with.

Boy o boy! Did they make it right! I absolutely loved the food when I decided to give them a second chance to prove that they really meant to serve the best food with the best of service. The service was exceptional and the treatment to welcome me back in their restaurant was equal to a King 🤴.

I am visiting Houston and my two sons @halalbrosau are halal food reviewers from Australia, I have seen customer service before, but Lush Cafe has now set a new benchmark for food and quality service. Just be polite and treat them like you would like to be treated.
