Worst place you can go. The staff refused to let me enter without a mask, once I came back with a mask I saw MULTIPLE people inside ordering WITHOUT A MASK! I guess if your skin tone isn't white then you must pose an increased risk. Both employees who took order were touching their face mask while prepping my order while NOT WEARING GLOVES and wanted to catch an attitude when I refused to accept my food and requested it be remade following appropriate safety standards. I'm sure the owner will leave a snarky response instead of taking the time to make sure his employees are following the rules since frankly they pose the greatest risk of transmission since they serve/touch the food.
Edit to the owner: Tell that to the 2 white males who were served with no mention of a mask being required. You should REALLY focus on your customer service AND following health standards for serving food since you claim to care about the "health and safety of our customers and staff". Biggest joke ever! You should also proofread your replies. Unless you actually do "refuse service to ANYONE wearing a mask"
Screw it, I've got time today. You have ONE review complaining about masks from someone with a photo, I would love to know how you can determine a person race strictly off their name alone. You do not care about public health safety, if you did your employees would wear gloves, they would also not touch their face while making orders. You are simply using covid to justify lazy piss poor service and then telling PAYING CUSTOMERS if they dont like being treated with blatant disrespect to not come back. I posted an accurate review detailing my very poor experience, it's not my fault that that I was forced to go and put on a mask just to watch 2 white customers not have the same "policy" applied to them. Read morePlease train your employees in customer service. We went in tonight 5/20 around 8:45 and were greeted with major attitude by a young girl with braids. When it was our turn to order, she rolled her eyes at my 14yr old son and asked "what do you want?" I took offense to this and made sure she noticed. Why would she talk to a child who did absolutely nothing wrong, who was excited we were there and who is nothing by respectful.
If you don't want to work in the service industry go somewhere else! The entire time we were there she was nothing but rude and even skipped over my husband and I. It wasn't until The patron behind us told her she had skipped us that she helped us. I was so close to saying something but since my children were with me I held back.

The three or four people we dealt with all acted like we were interrupting what they were doing, one woman continuously checked her Apple Watch to read her texts, and in between tried to remember what we were ordering. Rather than submit a review, I tried to call the store and let them know directly, only to learn that one of the people we dealt with was the manager on duty.
