We were starting to like Marcos pizza and were looking forward to buying during our school's fundraiser. My previous experience was not great given that I had to wait for my online order for over an hour! My kids pizza box was given to a different household the Manager at that time made up for the mistake by dropping off my kids used and stained pizza box once it was retrieved. I get it, mistakes happen. His willingness to right a wrong was very much appreciated. I purchased some pizzas last week during Bradley's fundraiser and inspite of the long wait time, my prek kid's box was intact and delivered curbside within 15 mins. This week Bradley is still hosting their fundraiser and I was so looking forward to getting my 2nd graders box! (His box was delivered to the wrong address in the past) Well, I received the email stating it was ready for pickup. I arrived at the location before 6 pm, checked in with the "I'm here" button and waited. I must've waited over 20 mins! I finally called in and asked to speak with the manager, a young lady who brought out my pizzas. My kids box was placed underneath a regular box and stained because of this! I dont know if I was ignored because I didn't leave an online tip this time, and by making me wait and staining my kids box they showed their disapproval... i had planned on handing over cash back I got the day before , close to $5 bucks. I don't like to carry cash and I wanted to give them the cash tip instead. So whether they did this on purpose or whether it was an oversight I'm left once again annoyed and disappointed. Not only did I have to wait for over 20 minutes when my pizzas were ready before 6pm, but my kids box was stained because the staff failed to place the fundraiser box on top to protect it from grease stains. It's worth mentioning that last week's pick up had no issues. My prek box was clean , the wait time was still long. I wonder if the only difference was that the tip was applied during the online order ... I'm feeling annoyed.

I have never been a fan of pizza places. I did an elongated keto/ high protein diet that my doctor had me on. Once I was able to ease back into a diet that had more carbs I just couldn't eat as much bread and pizza place always have so much grease. So, my sister came to visit and said she wanted pizza, I often drive by Marco's when I am out and about, and I was like let's try it because they have crustless pizza. I was so glad I did because this place makes me DROOL! They are clean, super nice service and the food is great. I had salad and The Philly Bowl added olives both were very good and fresh tasting. If you are cutting bread but love pizza, this is the place. My fiancé ordered an all-meat large pizza and ate all of it in a couple sittings. My sister who was pregnant wanted more than one thing and ordered a small pepperoni pizza, chicken dippers and cinna squares. I did have a bite of her chicken and cinna squares, both were good but not really my thing. Everybody loved their food and I now have an awesome pizza place!

DoorDash doesn’t have warming bags evidently. 2 XL pizzas that are barely warm. No crushed red peppers or Parmesan as is always included with their normal delivery. Get better Marcos or you’re gonna start loosing loyal customers.

Update. The manager called me regarding the issue I had at the store and took care of everything. That’s what I call customer service! I hope this is shared with the “manager” that initially helped me. Thank you very much for clearing this up so promptly.

Good pizza. Shady service. Did not honor their own coupon in their window.

So we arrived with 17 people and asked if they had a special special special song large pizzas so we ordered five large pieces three extra large orders of wings, sodas, etc. after spending over $150 we noticed in the winter is a sign that said free cheesybread with any large pizza order.

Interesting that he did not mention this during the time when we asked what the specials were so when I mentioned it the Manager said it was online only. I went online but the coupon and the offer did not exist on the website. I showed the manager the website and said he said it’s available only on the website but this is not on your website. Are you going to honor your own sign? I don’t know, sir, No we are not going to give you free cheesybread.

I’m glad we spent over $100 and they couldn’t even give us free cheesy bread....

My mother loves Marco's Pizza because it is one of the few places that makes pizza to her liking, but my experience with this location today will be the last. My mom and I ordered some pizzas to celebrate her birthday, and we received the wrong food and an attitude from one of the employees. We ordered a thin crust pizza with no cheese (as my mom can't have excess dairy) and received a thick crust pizza with mozzarella on it. When she called to make a complaint about the incorrect order and to see what could be done, the associate Jacob began an attitude with her. He repeatedly interrupted my mother to say he knows what was on the pizza because he took the order himself, and then proceeded to snicker when she said that he'd ruined her birthday lunch. We had to ask him for both his name and the name of his manager at least six times before he would comply. They're pizza is good but this service was horrible, I don't recommend this location. Hopefully management will deal with this associate, Jacob, accordingly for his poor treatment of customers and lack of professional customer service...
