The staff are cowards to the customers. I DoorDash for them constantly and it is always the biggest drag. When I arrive, no one greets me or asks me what I am looking for, they hide in the back by the kitchen and the take out window and I have to call one of them over or stare at them for 5+ minutes before one of them decides to be bold enough to help me. In addition, after I get their attention, they take way too long to make the simplest orders. When we get the order, it is understandable to have a bit of a wait time, but for a simple order like the one I was waiting on that was 3 of the same combo with the same drink, they took over 15 minutes doing everything else but making the order I had been waiting on. I left the store and unassigned because they weren’t even attempting to make an effort to get my order together. I have worked in fast food before and when it came to deliveries for DoorDash and Uber eats, there was a staff member who’s priority was to get them done first before helping the rest of the team. That does not exist with this McDonald’s. I can tell that management is prioritizing orders from the drive thru before orders in store as that is where all of their employees congregate and tells me that their turnout times with orders for drive thru are long and causing disapproval from higher ups. However, their approach to dealing with their drive-thru times neglects the in-store orders and delivery orders and the only people who this affects are the customer and delivery drivers. This review isn’t from a disappointing one time order, this has been the history of this McDonalds in over a year of DoorDash deliveries. 3 easy changes could be made to make this store run faster and improve customer satisfaction. Firstly, all of the employees should have the courage to approach anyone at the front counter and help them. Customer service is the literally the job. Second, policy changes need to be made to accommodate the turn over time for delivery drivers and in store orders. Lastly, management either needs to hire more staff or reallocate team members positions to optimally turn over orders for drive thru, in store, and delivery orders. This reallocation of positions also includes the manager’s role as my history of working customer service is that the managers are most always the first team member to leave the team to take the blame and abandon helping the team with orders in favor of hiding in the back. I went in to sign my paper work and get my finger scanned , as I walked inside mc donalds office , they had ROACH POWERED KILLER inside the office. I did not say anything. When mc donalds hire folks, they place their own kind in the kitchen and not give other the opportunity to learn , make the same amount of money and grow with the company ..
I was told to go in the break room that's in the back of the kitchen to do my videos , as I was sitting there watching the videos . Their kind was eating , taking long breaks and joking on the phone with the managers. I had my hands in my lap while under the counter as I was watching the video and I felt something on my arms .
What do you know , ROACHES CRAWLING ON ME UNDER THE TABLE COUNTER I WAS SITING AT. I screamed and told the manager that could care less about me , they turned away as I told them and went back to work and did not say anything. They got upset that I paid for my lunch and ask what was inside the fake meat in the chicken. It was pink and hard . When you pull it apart , you can tell it was fake, the manager I interrupted from having a good time while there was a line in the front said that the meat was done and that's mc donalds food , it's good .
I did not go back because of them being comfortable with roaches in their kitchen. The area supervisor is strict and im surprise she did not see this because it was out in the open for everybody to see.

Read moreAbsolutely Horrible!!!!! Never go there in the morning. Went there to pick up an order then placed my own. Just a drink is all I asked for. I have no idea what those two were doing in the back all morning because the entire store was empty. I waited for 15 plus minutes and no one even bothered to show up. I don’t just mean the front counter I mean the entire visible store and kitchen!!!! Finally the manager shows her face and I have to wave her down because she about to go back to hide. She then points at a bag with an empty cup and tells there it is. They didn’t even bother to fill the drink she told me to do it like I was bothering her. Best of all she doesn’t even let me finish telling her that Im waiting for my own drink before running to the back again and I never saw her again! I never got what I paid for before having to leave. Absolutely horrible. Even better I thought the drive through might be busy, I drove of and see the entire parking lot is empty! I was the only one in the entire bloody store. They had one order to do that entire time, a stupid drink, and they didn’t even do that. They couldn’t even bring a bloody cup in the 15+ minutes I waited because god forbid they actually fill it up themselves, I know that’s too much for them.
