McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

I hate having to post a bad review but. Tonight I go through drive through. Get my drinks at pick up 1 and she asked me to go to pick up 2. I did and lady brought my bag of food and left. I open the bag to check it and it was wrong. All it had was two sandwiches, but I ordered two complete meals. So I knocked on the window twice, hoping to get someone, nobody came. I then called the store and told them that my order was wrong and they said well you’ll have to come in to fix it and I said no ma’am I came through the drive-through for a reason I’m not coming in the store to fix it She kept saying that I need to come in and I said no ma’am I’m not you’re gonna have to come to this drive-in window to fix my order. The lady finally came through and she told me that I only ordered the two sandwiches and I said well if that’s the case, then tell me why I have a Coke and a sprite sitting in my car at this moment. I gave her the receipt. She looked it over and I looked it over and she claims I only bought one french fry and it doesn’t even say that on it. She left came back and gave me my two things of fries and I left.

What makes me angry is when people go through a drive-through they go through for a reason and it is not to come into the building if your order is wrong. They messed up the order they come to the window and they make the order right. Trust me, I will...

It's McDonald's food, you know what to expect. This particular location though is fully bland and could be ANY place. The corporate direction seems to be reliant on dropping the colorful kid friendly theme and going with a bland droll anyplace look. They have also removed the limited human interaction at the register by placing order kiosks so there is little service to talk about. I was not impressed by the spartan appearance and feel of this location. As a side note, there was almost no parking available but there were 2 other people in the store. This says there are many more employees than customers in the building we just don't interact, or even see...

As the only person at the order machine, 1 car at the window in front of me, I get asked to wait before I order. I ordered a #7 and chicken nuggets, and didn’t get the nuggets at all. Didn’t ask me what sauce I wanted and just put “ketchup packet” so I added BBQ. I can never seem to get everything I order from this place. I guess I will hold up the line to check the entire meal that I paid for every single time.

I get it. It’s fast food. What do you expect? I expect a simple order to be right. This was the only meal I got to eat today and now you are going to close. Is it really worth the drive? No. Worth a review?...
