I am a dasher and to go to this store is unacceptable, I was there for about 8 minutes, workers going by me, in front, of me and NOT one acknowledge I was there to pick up and I was at their window. a new window that someone should mind…I am always polite when I pick up and I understand that some dashers are just rude, but I am not one, well this visit I had to jump in there almost behind the counter to flag someone down to let them know I was picking up THAT order that I could see plainly that was not at the pickup counter where it should of been. It sat behind the counter…so all I spent about 8-9 minutes looking at my pickup order, managers and workers clearly seen me, finally picked up and I’m sure it was cold…probably where I got the 3 star rating for cold food and not my fault…a customer also was standing at the cashier waiting to be waited on the same length of time I was waiting for a pickup…McDonald are famous for ignoring Dashers, so please customers if you are ordering from Doordash on any McDonalds and you find your food is cold after the driver picks it up, 9-10 times it’s not our fault it is the resturants..When I finally had to step up and ask for the order I had been looking at , they were very annoyed, I asked the manager why they do not acknowledge their delivery drivers , she ignored me walked off and did not even have me sign the ticket that was to be signed at pickup….I will boycott this McDonald as far as picking up, dashers do not have to pick up orders..and a big DECLINE…..the food sucks to… I think the whole place needs an overhaul of the people...

Being such a lively Wal-Mart in Silverlake, it's quite expected to see this McDonald's practically busy 24/7. That said, it's best to just do yourself a favor and get your order in via the kiosk if it's free.
I have tried a few of their products and some of them were different in quality from my last order. My first order was a breakfast platter. It was well cooked, the pancakes were fluffy, the hashbrown was a nice...well brown, and the orange juice provided was also well before expired, too. So this order was nice.
My second order were nuggets. Don't worry they weren't pink slime tragedies, they were legit well cooked nuggets that made for a quick snack.
My third order was a big miss. It was a chicken sandwich, and by that I mean the equivalent to an "Original Chicken Sandwich" not a McChicken. I'm not sure why but that chicken meat saw better days. It was brown, with open pockets of batter where you could see the steam came out from. It was stiff when I chewed it but I had to make do.
Lastly: The McChicken. It was legit. You can't fail a McChicken, and they sure didn't. There was a nice crispy chicken patty laid with enough Lettuce not to fall off when you bite down and just enough Mayo on the buns to not make it messy but also to save it from any troubles of tasting dry. It was perfect.

Read moreI received the wrong order. I called and spoke to a manager Brad the next day because they don't answer the phone. He said he would refund me. I told him when I was coming to store and he gave me another manager name that would help me. I went to store with receipt for refund. The manager on duty stated she didn't know anything and that Brad didn't tell her. I waited for her to call Brad to verify the refund. After 20 minutes I asked her if she spoke to him and she said he didn't tell her the details only that he spoke to a woman about a refund. When I gave her the receipt she said she will replace food and I explained I had orders for 3 people on receipt and it's only me and cannot eat all the food. She refused to give me r even though Brad said I could get refund. The woman said to come back when he's there bec wasn't there when it happened. I have called multiple times and cannot get them to answer phone. This is 4th time I had issues with this restaurant. Either the food is stale, order is wrong, or customer service. They are always running out of items, giving me the wrong sandwich. If I don't look in my bag I go home with wrong food.
