So apparently to my understanding best buy is able to form contracts with your own signature. Charge you for something without your knowledge and then claim they can't refund there theft because it was your own purchase. At least they where kind enough to cancel the subscription but refuse to return the money they steal. I contacted them once for the potential mistake, second for my patience of waiting a couple weeks with the assurance that they would do right. And third after patiently waiting a month and a half just for them to tell me there not going to return what they stole and gave me different contacts so they 'Can help me with my issue' I'm very patient and understanding but one thing I won't tolerate is the complete disrespect, lies not to mention the theft and the forged signatures on contracts. I don't care for the money. I care for people doing right by the ones they wronged. You could have just asked me for the money if you where that desperate. It's not like I didn't just spend 5 grand my last visit.

The only saving grace was the young lady who worked in the specific area. She asked the rigjht questions, found what I needed, and confirmed the price before I walked away. And I understand not having multiple registers open, but someone should know to move the line along. And definitely put folks there who want to be there.

My and my partner experience at this location was very helpful Michael the Hisense representative was super helpful and knowledgeable about TV's.Micheal took the time to explain the the differences between the OLED and qled,4k vs UHD ALSO took the time to go ever the features on the TV. which was very time consuming but he did it with such great customer service. Also showing us which TVs are better for gaming and going over the Hertz. I'm probably missing more stuff he mentioned but he sold us on Two Hisense tvs 75 and a 55 inch. Overall Great location upon arrival got greeted by the staff. We will be back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MICHEAL,YOUR HARD WORK DIDN'T GO UNRECOGNIZED.

I have always had a great experience going to this best buy. I’ve had several different people that helped throughout my years of shopping here. To cite a few names, Chris, the former manager was perfect, he made me feel special everytime. Jacob Campos, was also super awesome too. One time, I was unaware, I was shocked that Chris, one of the managers, pulled my account up and said I was “VIP.” I felt super special and humbled. Super awesome experiences. So awesome that I could tell Chris will definitely become promoted one day and he did!!! Unfortunately, This is where the positivity ends.

So about a week ago, I came in to ask for 2 TV boxes because I am moving. The manager, Tony, he assured me — “3 hours or 3 days,” I would be contacted. When the manager pulled up my account, I was hoping my humble status would be helpful somehow that he would actually help me.

Today, under some stress about moving, I thought I could rely on good ol’ trustworthy Best Buy to give me a small peace of mind; a sort of kind gesture, a small token, that everyone could and would appreciate. Little did I know, I am about to become very disappointed and slightly angered.

I came in today. One of the staff members told me, there were boxes available, but they had already cut them up. Unnervingly, I marched calmly towards the same manager and hid the fact that I knew the boxes were already cut up and discarded. I asked the manager if there were any boxes for me. To my surprise, he actually went to go check. I am unsure if he really didn’t know, or pretended like he was checking. Managers know. I hold every manager to a high standard, because I myself, was once a successful manager as well and retired from that title.

I asked him, if I looked like an A-hole, and is that the reason why he did not help me. His response was, “I wasn’t even working.” I was not impressed. Who is this guy and how did he get here.

I cannot figure out why he did not want to help me at all. It may be the fact that I got a bad vibe from him already, the first time I met him. You always know, the first 5 mins you would spend with someone. You can always tell. All I can think about is that it was becuz I have a different ethnic background than him, hopefully he will help me and prove me wrong. Looks like I was right.

I was so compelled to write this lengthy review. You know, I have very important things to do, yet, I sat here, in my car, to write this review, so that everyone can know. Please tell Chris how wonderful he made me feel and treated me so well while he was here. I was dumb to expect the same from this new management.

If you want low class service, shop at this Best Buy location. I’d recommend skipping this location and spend another 5-7 mins of driving to get better service. Life is too short to lower your standards.

Would like to take the time to let everyone know how poorly Best Buy handles their customers, even knowing that we are in a tough situation financially due to circumstances out of our control. Specifically Mike, an employee in the cellular sales department, took time to make sure we weren’t taken care of.

Recently purchased an iPhone with AppleCare coverage that lead me to believe in the event of a lost or stolen phone, I would pay a deductible and get another phone. This would be perfect for instances like ours where the phone was stolen/missing.

Unfortunately, Mike in cellular sales told us this would be covered, but when our phone was missing we were informed that we weren’t covered.

After hours on the phone with apple, Best Buy employee Mike was summoned to “help” us. He refused to speak with a manager in his department, and simply said he wouldn’t and couldn’t do anything for us. Since my wife has worked for a cell phone company before, we know that something could have been done, and this is definitely a case that could be handled to help us out.

Ultimately Best Buy employee Mike, didn’t explain the purchased coverage properly, and when it came time for him to fix his mistake, he wouldn’t take responsibility.

Best Buy should spend time training employees on how to properly handle customer service issues, as well as not leading customers to believe they are getting a service when in fact they aren’t. This is called deceiving sales practices. Furthermore, we were going to spend more money with them for the deductible. I have a credit card with the company and they didn’t even care they were going to make more profit off of us.

Not only will I never go to this Best Buy, I will never go to ANY Best Buy. If you, the reader don’t take this as a real account, I hope for your sake that you don’t come across Mike on cellular sales, as he will certainly find a way to screw you over, and then take no accountability for it after the fact. Mike alone ruined any further relationship I will EVER have with Best Buy and any kind.

My wife and I will also ensure that none of my family/friends do business with the company ever again, and we will effectively be closing our credit card and any other accounts we or anybody we know with the company...

This is for Geek Squad. It takes effort to deliver as lousy service as I got, but best buy does it. Two weeks ago on Thursday I came in and asked for an upgrade on my computer . My hard drive needed an upgrade from 250 gb to 2 tb. The service person was all over how their service package was the thing for this, gave me a price and all looked good, we agreed for me to come in next Friday in a week. On Thursday the following week i came in to confirm that all was good and got a long lecture about how their service plan was the best thing since sliced bread. On Friday i came in just to be told that they didn´t have the ssd in stock so they wouldn´t be able to start working on my upgrade. This came as a surprise as this had never been checked or pointed out. I had gone the extra mile to get a new laptop as this laptop is my work laptop. i was expecting an excuse and an explanation but no quite the contrary. The service person looked at me like i was retarded and said i was especially lucky because the 2tb that was needed was on sale now, for 399 (special price for you my friend) The only thing that i got when I pointed out that the price was 369 online was a little strange face. Ok. I made an order for the hard disk and was told that i should come in the week after and things should be good. The week after I come in and the service person has no idea what things are about when she looks me up. i explain to her the purpose of me coming for the fourth time and get the hard disk. The service person asks me if I have the windows id code and tells me that they may not be able to do the upgrade without it. At this time I´m pissed, and raise my voice and explain how i had been in for several times and had never been told in detail what was needed to get the service that i was asking for and no one seemed to care to make sure that things are taken care of. The service person leaves and some manager comes and tells me I was put on hold for service as I had shouted to the person. The content of my words didn´t seem to matter just that i had raised my voice, fact of the matter is I had not shouted so i decided to take my...
