McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

My daughter works here and the old lady’s (THE COOKS) for some reason hate my daughter so anytime her or her family orders food THAT WE PAY FOR they do something to mess up our order it’s actually pathetic… their very incompetent maybe stop hiring people with no papers and hire people who actually can work instead of being jealous of a child.. First time we ordered 40+ dollars worth of food and they rubbed it all on the floor considering the balls of hair that was INSIDE of the burger not to mention the hair my daughter swallowed MIND YOU they accused my daughter that we were lying to get free food.. I’m sorry but I’m grown and I have a career why would I pay 40+ dollars for McDonald’s GO HOME add hair GO BACK and get a refund??.. who has time for that? NOT ME!!! I have 5 kids and money I don’t have time to lie.. also pictures don’t lie.. this time we ordered double cheese no onions no mustard they made sure to drown the burger in onions and mustard.. I’d say this is absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve EVER came to and doesn’t even deserve a star DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY… if they don’t like you they WILL tamper with your food. DISGUSTING...

This McDonalds never has anyone working at the cashier. They’re very dependent on the touchscreens taking the orders for them. On the morning of Easter I ordered breakfast which took a while for me to even receive. Mind you it was not busy at all. I then ordered two McFlurrys which I waited for over ten minutes for. After waiting an abnormal long time for such a small order I came up to the front where I waited another 5 minutes before I was even approached by an employee. The employee asked if we have been helped, and even after I said no he still went to the back leaving us to wait for another five minutes. Another employee came out staying the ice cream machine was not working then proceeded to go to the back. You would think that because it took so long for us to be helped that maybe they were short staffed. They were not. In the back there were employees standing around and laughing, the teens working there even had confetti in their hair which would fall around them as they walked. That’s what the main problem was. I’ve gotten a raw burger from here when asking for it fresh and I asked for my food fresh and they left me at the window for 15 mins so I go back around and explain it to them and they tried to hand me the food that has been sitting there for 20 mins now I said no please remake my food. Then a male manager said they had employees looking for me bc I parked somewhere when I was at the third window the whole time and I was like nope i was at the window but it’s ok. Then a lady walks up to me handing me food and I said that’s not mine she was trying to hand it to another employee who had walked out and she was like “I’m trying to get my line moving since you don’t wanna park” I looked at her and said “ill park if you want me too” she was like “they told me you don’t wanna park” and I was like “no maam i was sitting at the window for 15 mins I shouldn’t have to explain myself” and she said don’t pull up just stay there and continues to hand out food behind me. I’m now banned from this McDonald’s for some things my boyfriend said to them but WHO CARES I DONT WANNA...
