McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

This was the single worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had. These people are not only inept, they couldn't get an order right if it meant their lives. I'm a disabled woman and my car is in the shop. I reached out for the number for doordash; oh, my first mistake. My second mistake is ordering through one of the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. Doordash picked up our food at this McDonald's and brought it to my home. Opening the order, Happy Meal meant for my 6 year old granddaughter was missing her hamburger. She began to cry. There was no milk to go along with the children's orders, in fact no drink at all. Grown up drinks were mixed. The one that was sweet said it was diet and the one that was Diet said it was sweet. It was really sweet when I put my sweetener in it. Food was cold and all of the fries were greasy. I will never go to this McDonalds. As for doordash, they lost my orders forever. I wouldn't have used you tonight had I not have had a broken down car. Giving the horrible reviews both of them have brought me pause, but I will ot get that desperate again. I would advise you to avoid doordash and avoid McDonald's in Seagoville...

Place a mobile order. Park to pick it up on curbside. The employee that helped us was not nice. Didn't bother greeting us. She just approached our car & said take it. Then she quickly walked away before I could even check my order. As she was still walking away I noticed we were missing half of our order. I yelled out to her & she just kept walking. Then I went through drive-through to notify them that we were missing half of our order. I ended up being served by that same employee. When she answered the speaker she said,"what do you want". It surprised me because mcdonalds usually greats you& then ask may I take your order. I informed her we were just at curbside pick up & that we were missing half our order & she didn't believe me. I explained to her what we were missing & she was trying to give me a whole other order. I explained several times & she finally understood & told me to just drive up to the window. Once I drove up to the 1st window the employee there was able to help me better. I tried calling while I was at curbside since the employee that walked away didn't hear me, but they never answered I just kept getting an...

If I could give this place no stars I would I see a delivery outside I would assume that's how they get all the audacity they order it with all the other bullshit they serve so first I order and they immediately tell me no ice so iced anything no frappe either then another worker comes up and im waiting for another order I placed and I see them packing a frappe and I say but this worker just told me u have no iced or frappe right now she said no iced but yes frappe after I already got my first order so then I make another order for a large mocha frappe this lady brings out a medium and I say no I ordered large and she insists that I didn't I say no again and she goes back to the back and is ignoring me and insisting she is right which she isn't so I would like a refund and a free large mocha frappe and a manager please and have this lady fired a tall Hispanic older lady with glasses no name tag how convenient im calling you out have...
