McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

Once again rude customer service at this location. I don't know who owns this franchise but they are doing a piss poor job managing it, and act like they don't care..

Every time I come to the drive-thru they want to rush your order and keep asking you "is that it, is that it" instead of letting you finish your order; family of six here and always seems there is something missing, then whenever you go back and tell them that you are missing items they get rude with you..

I use notes on my phone to make our food orders and read it exactly as it is on my screen, I can't help it If the young man taking orders is glued to his cell phone talking about relationships on the speakerphone with his buddy and not paying attention to what I am telling him, not my fault..

Every time I've had to deal with the manager at this location she just gets ruder.. They see me pulling up in the drive-thru line and always make me pull forward whether it's a single breakfast sandwich for myself in the morning or a large family meal, I've come to the conclusion that they just don't like to see me in their drive-thru..

But

A customer can only take so much especially whenever the food is already overpriced and the service is guaranteed 8 out of 10 times to be unsatisfactory...

If I treated my customers in my construction business the way that they treat me at this McDonald's I would not have a business...

Unfortunately satisfactory customer service is becoming a thing of the past...

if I had been given the option of zero stars, I would've chosen that. It's not from a one time occurrence or even just a couple of occurrences but it's from over and over and over occur occurrences that have happened year after year.

I live across the street from the store and although it's very convenient for me today was the last trip I'll ever make there.

Your employees are absolutely the worst I've encountered at any restaurant. There is absolutely no care or no pride in their work none!

When I confronted your manager Brianna today about the continuing issues and my order being wrong again today, she turned her back on me to talk to another employee.

I'm absolutely tired of the service I won't put up with it anymore.

i'm tired of having to place my order three times every single time I go there at the window because whoever is behind the microphone doesn't give a crap doesn't care asks you to give the order and then after you've placed the whole order they say hi can I help you? I just gave you my order. Were you not paying attention? Oh, I'm sorry, sir. What is your order so I repeat the order again. Silence for five seconds then another voice can I take your order??

It's just shows 100% total incompetence and I can see why after talking to Brianna. How would you expect that young lady to run these kids?

I guess you have a monopoly and you have more customers than you can deal with well guess what now you...

I've been here several times I don't think there has ever been a single time they got my order right, and their attitude is always rude and unapologetic. Today my family came in for breakfast and asked if we could substitute something else instead of sausage. The employee stated yea you can do egg. So we said OK and then she just starting taking an order on the drivethru like we didn't exist. The manager came up and took or order however she charged us for the egg. We asked for a refund but she kept arguing saying it was only 2 dollars more but we said you charged us each meal we ordered 2 dollars more and that is not a substitute. The other employee admitted she told us we could substitute so then she scolded her employee... But she could have easily chosen to substitute the egg but purposely chose to charge for "extra" egg and lectured us how you can't substitute egg..which I am pretty sure she is just making it up but either way it was ridiculous and I am really never going back to mcdonalds again so thank you because it sucks anyway. Too often mcdonalds managers bully their customers and employees because they are entitled knowing they are a franchise with a corporate who doesn't actually care and won't do anything to correct the issue. Btw, I went and got donuts and koloches that were yummy and half the price! Mcdonalds is way overpriced especially when they try to throw in...
