At 10:30 p.m. I went to buy 2 spicy chicken and a large coke, it never exceeds 6 dlls I have always gone shopping here. Today they gave me terrible costumer service, giving me a wrong order, they gave me some spicy crispy sandwiches charging me 11 dlls. When I told him that they overcharged me they sent for the manager a short girl who speaks Spanish and despotically told me that everything increased and that everything is expensive, I told myself just two days ago I bought it was the same price. When I checked I realized that they were charging me for something else and not what I had ordered, I told them that I had not ordered that, and in a rude, rude and arrogant way, they came and told me that we did not know how to order. I said the order right just like i do in other McDonald's before, it is not my fault the cashier (his name is Anton) who was also the one who gave me the food, typed in the wrong thing on the cash register. The lady in charge of the shift who is the one with whom I spoke gave us such terrible service she is the most rude and despotic person. I hope the owners do or take corrective actions because this person, the manager or assistant manager, lacks a lot of training and represent McDonalds in this horrible way. It is only a taste of what the whole employee team will do since their own manager or assistant manager can't set the example of how you should properly treat customers. Read moreI've come here 3 times in the last few months. twice for a late coffee. once for breakfast. Every time was a letdown. I came back each other time thinking "maybe it's just the staff right now or a bad moment for them" but 3 strikes is enough. the first and second coffee time (iced coffee ) they said they couldn't give me what I wanted because they were cleaning it or something along those lines. it was very hard to comprehend what the associate was mumbling. keep in mind i went at a separate time each time. the 3rd experience was for breakfast today which it said was still going on at the posted menu (breakfast items were still on the picture too). well no breakfast. fine. so I got the southern style sandwich that was just the biscuit which they said they could still make instead of the mcgriddle version. well it also says it comes with hash browns which we still got charged for. and my friend got an iced coffee and it was hot. I get mistakes but too many and there's a problem somewhere whether it be associates or training or the stores attitude or whatever.
